Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like a feather on your ears I am a fan of JBL products and I am using this product for a while during my workout and was really impressed with the sound quality. The ergonomics of this product is taken care so well, they were so comfortable even wearing for longer hours. This is a perfect product for your daily workouts and running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally perfect Before I bought, I saw many negative comments online, some people only gave 1 star. After I used for a week, I feel it is perfect for swimming and those poor guys just don't know how to use it. Bluetooth wave can't transmit in the water, so no Bluetooth product can be used under the water, OK? Before you go into the pool, just switch to MP3 mode and double click the right hand side and hold for more than 3 seconds to LOCK it so that it wouldn't have any issue when you swimming with it. Use your goggle bands to keep it on your ears so that no water will go into the earbuds and the sound volume won't be decreased. The sound quality is also NOT BAD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No problems! I have been using these headphones for the last 10 times swimming. I have experienced many of the negative problems that others have left reviews about. I have over come all of them. First was getting music onto the mp3 player. My files were there but the mp3 player cannot open a folder, so be sure there are none, just the music track file. Next was the touch sensor. If your hands are wet or hair, the sensor is too sensitive and you will have problems getting out to do what you want. I put then in and LOCK it before i ever get wet. Just putting in the headphones in your ear will only last a few laps before water seeps in and muffles the music down to less than a whisper. These are earbuds and are not designed to be loud or powerful, a little water does a lot to the sound. Try using different size ear cushions and put your Google band over the tops of the rear hooks top keep them in place. So far, since doing this i have not lost any sound quality. Don't take them out of your ear until you are done. If you need to talk or hear somebody, take out the left ear so the right ear doesn't shut off your mp3 player and have to dry off to get it to lock again. I have used these around the gym and still haven't recharged them yet(still at 20%). The sound quality is not the best compared to over the ear headphones. They are little earbuds that have a freaking mp3 player built into them and you can swim with them for under a hundred bucks! How awesome is that?

Hi, what distance will the Bluetooth work? I.e could I leave my phone on the pool deck and swim 25m still connected?

Asked by: Kaylea
Bluetooth does not work underwater, please use MP3 mode. Lock your touch control before you get in the pool, as the touch sensor can be activated with water. To lock your touch, tap once and hold the next time for 5secs, your MP3 LED will blink when the touch control is locked. Finally, to unlock your touch control just switch off and on

How to switch from shuffle to consecutive play

Asked by: dzfbadrh
So, as you can see, the first reply was not correct, and we regret any problems this may have caused. The error was only realized later.

If I am wearing the headphones and they go into sleep mode is there any way to wake them up without taking them out of my ear and allowing the automatic power on function to initiate? Or is there a way to turn off the 5 minute sleep mode?

Asked by: Golfer4CU
Unfortunately there is no way to turn off the automatic sleep mode.

How do I create playlist with the MP3s?

Asked by: Another_Ryan
An alternative option is to rename the files and set the same number for the songs that you wanted to be part of a playlist. (For example, 0 - name of song by name of singer/band.)

Bluetooth only connected the first time and will not reconnect ever since. the bluetooth light keeps blinking and when trying to connect to phone, it says device not within range. What do I do?

Asked by: jquach
Figured it out last night. Make sure you are not using the mp3, off so switch to Bluetooth. Next on your phone locate the Bluetooth connection of the headset and remove it from your phone. This will restart the Bluetooth signal and your phone should be able to find it again. I tried it several times moving from the mp3 to the Bluetooth and it seems you have to forget the Bluetooth device on your phone in order to get a connection every time you use the mp3. Hope this helps.

what format does the mp3 player use and how do I load music on the MP3

Asked by: Carla_regan
Hello! The Endurance Dive supports the mp3 format and for you to add music files to the earphones, here is what you have do:  1. Place the relevant music MP3 files on your computer, where you can find them again.  2. Connect the Dive to your computer with the USB cable. Please use the cable that came with the headphones, since other USB cables may be wired for charging only, and will not work.  3. Your Dive will now pop up in your explorer folder overview as a new drive. Total capacity is about 991 MB.  4. Now you simply drag-and-drop the MP3 files from their location onto the Dive, or you mark the files, copy them and paste them onto the Dive. Do not use folders of any kind, and do not try to place other file types on the Dive's memory. MP3 files with a resolution of 320 kbits/second is maximum quality possible.

The JBL ENDRURANCE DIVE does not have a voice dial feature. You can only answer and disconnect phone calls if the headphones is paired with your mobile phone by tapping once on the JBL logo on the right earpiece.
