Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC VALUE! I was fortunate to purchase these JBL Vibe Wireless Earbuds at 1/2 the price listed. Even at the $50 price, I feel they’re a Great Value! Had them for about 3 weeks, and they hold a charge for a LONG time. They’re also VERY durable, been dropped several times, and haven’t fallen apart. I can’t say that about the previous Wireless Buds I purchased, which were more expensive. Yes, I am a Happy Consumer! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set of earbuds! I ordered these for my spouse and she's really happy with them. They're comfortable, have great batteries, and the highs and lows are pretty spot on. My only complaints are that for one they don't have a lid and that's my fault for but realizing it, but why would you make any at all without as lid, like I said I'll take the blame for that one. Secondly and honestly JBL/Harmon schooled them really fast but for some reason, that I have her to understand and it happens all the time, UPS handed the delivery over to USPS and it didn't argue l show as accepted a week after it was posted as "pending acceptance". They finally arrived and they do sound great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for this price range Very good bluetooth ear buds for this price range. The earbuds fit well, you may have to try some of the other included ear tips to find the right fit for you. The sound is crisp and clear in the highs and midrange. Bass is good enough for this price range. Once fitted the ear buds are comfortable and stay in place. The charge holds for a long time, I used mine for about two hours and they were still good. They came back to a full charge in about an hour afterwards. I really like these ear buds. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget that wants good quality JBL sound. They connected to my phone quickly and easily so no issues with the bluetooth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality headphones I've been using these headphones for the last few days and I'm impressed with them. These fit in my ears just right and blocked all outside noise. The one thing that is missing is active noise canceling, but I think for sound quality you're getting with these you won't regret buying them. Bass is nice and punchy without being over powering. Overal, everything sounds nice and clear. The charging case on these has magnets that stop your ear buds from falling off Incase you flip it upside down and just like all JBL products, battery lasts for well over 20hrs. You'll be impressed with these.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for overall Listening Good for overall listening. I liked the fact there was not a lot of packaging for these earbuds. The included small instruction booklet was easy to understand and use. The case holds the earbuds securely and after a bit of learning can be easily removed. The earbuds fit comfortably, feel secure during use, and did not require adjustments while listening. The sound was good for overall listening, but was not particularly exceptional for dynamic music. I will continue to use them as I am not an audiophile and they perform very well for watching shows when the family is sleeping or I listening to music and audio books.

I’m starting school & will be doing distance learning so over zoom. Will these work for a laptop if the laptop has Bluetooth or will they be good for zoom calls ?

Our JBL VIbe 100TWS is not optimized for Windows computers. You could pair and connect it with a smartphone or tablet and use the Zoom app.

Is there an app on Android phone for JBL100TWS ?

Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS is not included in the list of devices compatible with the JBL headphones App. However, if you want to adjust the sound output of the earbuds, you can download any 3rd party App with an equalizer setting.

When you hear the low power warnings interrupting your audio, how much time do you have left? Is it like "you have thirty minutes," "you now have five minutes," and are those intervals consistent or do they vary with range/volume/etc? Thx

Our JBL Vibe 100TWS doesn't provide any percentage when it's about to run out of battery. Once you hear the low battery chime, you may proceed in charging your unit. You may also refer to the battery LED indicators of our JBL Vibe 100TWS which can be found on the earbuds and in the charging case: (Charging case: Green - full charge, Orange - mid, Red - Low) (Earbuds: White - full charge, Blinking white - Mid, No LED light - low). What do you mean by 5 hours run time in earbuds and 20 hours in the case?

Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS earbuds have a battery life of up to 5 hours without the need for a charging case. However, if you're going to use this for audio listening, this may vary depending on volume and music content. We would also like to add that a fully charged case will offer you another 15 hours of battery life, which means you can charge the earbuds up to three times without the need to re-charge your charging case.

My case is not responsive unless plugged in, and then it is constantly flashing white. The earbuds are not charging in the case. What do I do?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please try to make a factory reset on your JBL Vibe 100TWS. On both of earbuds, press the sensors (JBL Logo) 2 times then on the 3rd tap-hold for 5 seconds. After the reset, try to charge the case and the earbuds for at least 8 hours. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Customer Support to check your options here: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/

Are the earbuds waterproof? My left one fell in the sink.

Our JBL Vibe 100 TWs is rated IPX2 which means that it is only sweat-proof. The earbuds can't be immersed in water.
