When I try to pair the headphones to my phone it shows up as 2 devices with the same name

Thanks for your inquiry. If you are having trouble pairing your earbuds, please make sure you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE' (Ex. JBLVibe100TWS). The 'LE' connection is only intended for the voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.

I’m starting school & will be doing distance learning so over zoom. Will these work for a laptop if the laptop has Bluetooth or will they be good for zoom calls ?

Our JBL VIbe 100TWS is not optimized for Windows computers. You could pair and connect it with a smartphone or tablet and use the Zoom app.

My microphone is faint to the listener

We're here to help with your JBL Vibe 100TWS. Please try connecting the earbuds with a different device to isolate the issue. You may also try to perform a factory reset by tapping the touch control in the Left or Right buds twice then hold it for 5 secs. Resetting the earbuds will need you to forget the name of the unit on your source device. Is there an app on Android phone for JBL100TWS ?

Our JBL Vibe 100 TWS is not included in the list of devices compatible with the JBL headphones App. However, if you want to adjust the sound output of the earbuds, you can download any 3rd party App with an equalizer setting.

Where can I find the product variation SKU identifier and serial # so I can register my product?

The serial number of your JBL Vibe 100TWS can be found in the unit itself or on the box that came with your unit along with the SKU. It is normally written on a white sticker label in this format "AA0000-AA00000. When you hear the low power warnings interrupting your audio, how much time do you have left? Is it like "you have thirty minutes," "you now have five minutes," and are those intervals consistent or do they vary with range/volume/etc? Thx

Our JBL Vibe 100TWS doesn't provide any percentage when it's about to run out of battery. Once you hear the low battery chime, you may proceed in charging your unit. You may also refer to the battery LED indicators of our JBL Vibe 100TWS which can be found on the earbuds and in the charging case: (Charging case: Green - full charge, Orange - mid, Red - Low) (Earbuds: White - full charge, Blinking white - Mid, No LED light - low).
