Amazing sound quality but, not worth the ear pain
I bought these headphones to keep in my office and I love the features. My fam and I have owned multiple sets of headphones, earbuds, and studio speakers throughout the years so I know the sound quality is stellar. HOWEVER, these are hands down the most painful things I've ever put in my ears. I tried multiple times throughout the day to change out eartips and wings, hoping it would relieve some of the awful pressure on my outer ear. Even removed all the extras and I couldn't even get through 30 minutes with these in my ears. Far too big for smaller ear. I'll stick with my Tune 120's. I'm just fine without the features if it means I can keep my ears.

Great...but not for small ears
I love JBL headphones but these were not designed for people with smaller ears. Having changed the tips and the bands to the smallest available they still manage to work their way out while just sitting, definitely cannot wear while exercising, so I'll would suggest the earlier 120 model if you have smaller ears.
The sound quality is great, as is the quality. Talking on the phone is clear. The touch sensor is good, though I mostly just use for play/pause and the feature to pause music when the earbud is taken out is nice. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to upgrade.

Beware Voice Assistant feature
Listening to music is fine, but picks up a lot of noise when on a phone call so not great if you're not in a very quiet, non-windy place. Also, the headphones automatically come with a tap and hold connection to voice assistant that you cannot change. If you pull the headphones out to talk to someone and it rests on your hand, voice assistant will activate and pick up your conversation and do actions. Numerous times my phone has called random people because of this, so I've had to discontinue using the product. No settings in the app or my phone will shut this off (voice control is deactivated on my phone but the headphones do not care).

Amazing audio ruined
Great audio but the functionality is terrible. They struggle to connect to the app, touch controls barely work, they struggle to work if you're trying to only use one, they pause randomly, talk through and ambient aware won't turn on through the app most of the time, and with the touch controls you just don't get to use those features a lot of the time. Would absolutely not recommend, this is the first JBL product that I hate using. The audio quality is good though

Great Sound!
These are my first pair of Ear Bud style headphones, and I can not say enough about them.
The sound quality is great, which is a standard that all JBL products live by. Clear sound with crisp highs, and a surprising bass response.
I love the Talk Thru feature, you can talk to people and still hear the music in the background.
They fit securely in the ears and are very comfortable. It takes about an hour and a half to mow our yard, and the fit great through the whole mow, even when I got a little sweaty.
They work great out riding the bike too. You can hear your music, but also can hear what is going on around you.
This is such a great product, I can't wait to try them out hiking trails and during city walks.
I recommend this product with flying colors. JBL has never left me disappointed!

My live 300tws will not pick up on my headphones app even though they are paired with my phone. I have deleted the app multiple times and also re paired them. It works 100% on an android device.

I lost the right headset. How can I find the headset ? I would like to ring it. And I know the search area.
In order to use the "Find my earbuds" function make sure that:
- The earbuds are on
- The earbuds are still connected to your phone
- You have the My JBL Headphones App installed in your phone.
In the App, go to settings (Cog icon) in the upper right corner and click on the "Find my buds" feature. once clicked, you will be able to choose which earbud you may ring.

the charger case was stolen for my 300TWS - is it possible to buy a replacement case

Is there a risk of diminishing the life of the battery if earbuds are left in a plugged in charging case for too long. If so, how long is too long?
The earbuds on our JBL Live 300TWS can be charged anytime, as long as the case has a battery. Also, you can keep the charging case plugged since our products have lithium-ion batteries. These batteries have PCM and IC built-in, which monitors charging. After the battery is fully charged, it will cut off the current to protect the battery.

Why on the JBL website I see this for an answer: " only the right earbud of our LIVE 300 TWS can be used independently" But on Best buy's website there is an answer provided by JBL that says " You can use either the left or right bud independently"
The real answer is that the right earbud of our LIVE 300 TWS can be used independently.

Can this product be charge wirelessly or with a Qi charger
Our JBL Live 300TWS doesn't have magnetic coils for support with Qi charging. You can charge the earbuds on the case, and the case can be charged by using the included Type-C USB cable.

I'm not able to get anything out of the left earbud. I don't believe that the left and right earbuds are pairing with one another. Can you help me to correct this. Thank you
