Product Q&A

My 104's aren't picking up my laptop's Bluetooth signal. My laptop hasn't given me issues with any other Bluetooth device. I keep turning them off and on but nothing is happening as far as the Bluetooth picking them up. They are brand new. Help, please.

Asked by: HEROMUNDO
In your wireless settings try turning on NFC and holding devices close during flashing light, some Bluetooth devices require this.

Just bought 104-BTs when turned off from laptop they return to speakers on laptop and have to be reset everytime.

Asked by: james1
Hello, we're not entirely sure we understand the situation, but here's our best attempt at helping: Consumer Bluetooth devices (headphones, etc.) automatically connect to a known device (phone, etc.) immediately after a device is turned on. Because these speakers have multiple input sources, it does not default to the Bluetooth input when powered on, thus requiring you to physically press the Bluetooth button when they’re ready to sync the speakers to a device. Hopefully this helps, but please reach out to HARMAN Support if you continue experiencing issues.

How far apart can the 2 speakers be placed?

Asked by: sr2884
The speakers have to be placed at arm's length for optimal sound output. Check out the diagram on page 2 of our Quick Start Guide here: https://jblpro.com/en/site_elements/jbl-104-bt-quick-start-guide

Just purchased your 104-BT Monitors. Is there any way to disable that annoying blast of intro noise when you first turn on the monitors? The monitors seem solid. Still getting used to the shape of the monitors.
