JBL Stories Presents:
PEAKS ON PEAKS
JBL hit the slopes with a fashion showcase on snowboards and the debut of the new Endurance Peak 3.
What happens when style and sound
meet on the snow?
JBL left its mark on fashion history this February by hosting “Peaks On Peaks,” the first-ever style showcase to send models down a runway on snowboards. The event was livestreamed from Utah’s Park City Mountain, so viewers around the world could catch every run.
FRESH FITS ON FRESH POWDER
Peaks On Peaks was the ultimate style showcase—a cool mix of fashion, sport, and superior sound to help celebrate the launch of the JBL Endurance Peak 3. Featuring artwork from Travis Spinks, the riders’ gear and earbuds were inspired by literal mountain peaks to embolden users to always endure and push forward.
An event of this caliber called for a collab with a snowboarding legend who’s left their own mark in the snow. There was no better fit than Russel Winfield, the first Black pro snowboarder.
Snowboarding is more of a culture than a sport.
- Russell Winfield
Uncle Russ’s dedication to his sport gives JBL the chills, so we asked him to lead a crew of professional boarders on the runway and collaborate on a limited-edition design for the Endurance Peak 3.
Sporting designs from Spinks were Russ’s Riders: a crew of pro boarders. This star-studded lineup included Zeb Powell, Red Gerard, Brenna Huckaby and more.
Jam with the Endurance Peak 3
The Endurance Peak 3 is perfect for any active lifestyle. This fitness-focused design is snowproof, waterproof, and action proof, so you can move the way you want to, with sound that keeps you energized. And don’t sweat the sweat, these earbuds have a bendable TwistLock™ ear hook to ensure a secure fit, no matter what.
Peaks On Peaks truly brought an electric energy to the slopes. From the freestyle moves on the runway to the fashion icons cheering from the crowds, this event showcased the creativity and self-expression that manifests when cultures come together.
