I'm a music fan, What is the sound quality of this product?

Sound quality is great. The Volume is really bad though. Not very loud at all.

Just purchased the Sport JBL flexible Earphones and callers cannot hear me when I'm speaking. Can you help me troubleshoot?

Have you tried taking the end out of your ear that has the controls and talking directly into the rectangle? The microphone on mine is in the back side of the "control box". People say they can hear me fine when I talk into the control box. Works great when you get a call while listening to music. Its certainly not designed to be a primary bluetooth for calls. I do see people walking around with one end hanging down, at times.

Yes, these headphones have a feature that goes off in 10 minutes of inactivity of not receiving any signal .

I want to use the earphone for two devices (iPhone & Andriod) at the same time. Does it connect the buds to 2 devices simultaneously?

The UA SPORT WIRELESS can only be connected to one device at a time. But once a device has been paired, you can easily switch from one device to the other by initiating a connection on the new device.

Does it have Active Noise cancellation option?

No. The UA SPORT WIRELESS HEADPHONES does not have active noise-cancelling feature/option. Although they do not actively cancel out noise, being that they are in-ear headphone, the US SPORTS will somewhat isolate the noise.
