Rated 5 out of 5 by from No delay in sound! Some bluetooth headsets have a lag on sound especially when watching a video on your phone. This one doesn't and well streamlined. If you have the right ear pieces, they won't fall off during runs.

I've had days where I've listened to music at work well into the afternoon before having to charge them. Usually my ears get sore from the fit before I have to charge them anyway. Great at the gym too! They stay in your ears pretty well. Great product for the $100 or so price range.

Also they’re truly sweat/water proof and that’s amazing. I lost a nice pair of beatsx wireless buds to the elements and wanted something that would stand up to my active lifestyle. Thanks UA/JBL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear lock system actually works I have tried countless in ear buds for my workouts and have never found any that will stay in my ear for long ones, especially runs. I have had to constanty jam them into my ear throughout my workout for years. I've used Jaybirds (which, by the way is a good headphone and provides good quality sound) and tried all the sizes that come in the package as well as the Comply aftermarket bud tips. I've had other head phones and tried all sizes and shapes of tips and ultimately they all start falling out at some point, either due to sweat or the bouncing motion of a run or a combination of both. I understand that everyones ear channel is different (and even my left and right are different sizes) but this is the first ear bud system that is truly effective for me. The locking system, which I thought was probabaly no more than a gimmick actually works as advertsed for me. I bought them at Best Buy and played with all of the different sizes or locking pads and ear tips. I found the ones that were the most comfortable (and as I said, one ear is larger than the other) and went to the gym for a weight workout - no ploblems at all. The next day I used them on a 50 minute rowing machine workout - again no problems and they stayed snug even though I was into a considerable sweat 10 minutes into the workout. Yesterday the ultimate test - my 55 minute run. My route goes up and down hills and all of my previous head phones usually start falling out on a big downhill 20 min into the run. These didn't budge a nano inch. The battery life isnt quite as advertised. I used them on a cross country flight turning them on while on the the tarmac in Seattle and started hearing the "battery low" voice while taxiing into the gate in Philadelphia - a little under six hours. The tradeoff is worth it for me and I am extremely satisfied!!!

I'm a music fan, What is the sound quality of this product?

Sound quality is great. The Volume is really bad though. Not very loud at all.

Just purchased the Sport JBL flexible Earphones and callers cannot hear me when I'm speaking. Can you help me troubleshoot?

Have you tried taking the end out of your ear that has the controls and talking directly into the rectangle? The microphone on mine is in the back side of the "control box". People say they can hear me fine when I talk into the control box. Works great when you get a call while listening to music. Its certainly not designed to be a primary bluetooth for calls. I do see people walking around with one end hanging down, at times.

Is there any water resistance?

Such as if running in the rain, or profuse sweating during training?

The UA Sport Wireless Headphones are water resistant and sweat resistant, however continuous exposure to water over an extended period of time may damage your headphones. NOTE: Do not swim with these headphones and use caution when storing your headphones as the case is not waterproof.

good morning , I have purchased a pair of JBL underarmour Wireless headsets which are only 2 days old , they do not seem to turn on or charge or pair at all. I've tried various options and nothing seems to work at all ? anyone offer any advice ?
