Works even after "washing"
I received these as a Christmas present last year and am surprised it took me 11 months to run them through the washer AND the dryer. They came out still working! I could not be more impressed.

Comfort For Your Ears
I love these! I'm very with earphones that have those earbuds and it always hurts or slips off. If you're looking for a wireless earphones that doesn't hurt your ears or slip off this is the product.

Can these be paired with an iWatch (Series 2)?
I had great luck - mine paired instantly with my Apple Watch (Series 2) Nike edition
I was worried when I read your post - but this product works perfectly. Maybe you have a dud or forgot to charge- others should be confident that it works without any issues - sound is great and I can finally leave my phone at home.
I still am waiting for Spotify to enable me to be completely free but will use my Apple Music until that occurs

How can I change what the action of a double-click does, its annoying to have it call the last person I called when I accidentally try to increase or decrease the volume and my finger misses. I have an iphone 7, anything else but call the last person!
Unfortunately, there is no way to change the functions of the center button since that is designated as both the "power" and "call" button.

is there any way to add bass tone to these headphones, I just bought a pair and it seems to me that there is no depth in the sound you hear the sound is worse than the apple headphones that came with my phone and I'm hoping that there is a bottom to enhan
I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the bass tone of REFLECT MINI BT. The REFLECT MINI BT has a Frequency Response of 10Hz- 22k Hz and the only way to adjust it is if the source or the application you are using has its own Music Equalizer other than that, there is no other way to adjust the bass tone these headphones.

Just took the headphones out of the box and charged. It won't turn on at all. Any suggestions? I'm hitting the middle button and nothing. Thanks

Just purchased the Reflect Mini BT, replacing a pair of Reflect BTs. I may just be missing it but how do you advance to the next track without doing it from the phone? With the Reflect BT, you just double pressed the pause middle button.
Long-press the volume up button for next track and long-press the down volume to go back.

i have also not been able to get it to pair to my apple watch series 2. the same happens for me in that it is searching and searching but they never pair. was anyone successful?? I hate to have to buy new headphones.
The REFLECT MINI BT should be able to connect directly to your Apple Watch to play music. To do this –
1 - Put your headphones in Discovery mode. While the REFLECT MINI BT is on, press and hold the power button for >2.5 seconds. The light indicator should start flashing red and blue. The REFLECT MINI BT is now on pairing mode.
2 - Open the Settings app on Apple Watch.
3 - Tap Bluetooth.
4 - Select the REFLECT MINI BT.
The apple watch is an extension of the iPhone. If the primary audio content is coming from the phone, the watch and headset will only work if they are within a certain distance of the iPhone. My mini BT continually flashes blue while paired and in use. Its quite distracting and irritating. Kindly assist.
Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off the blinking blue light on the REFLECT MINI BT when in operation.

I am only getting around 2 hrs of playback at full volume, after fully charging the earphones??

The data sheet tells a playtime of 8 hrs (!!!) which was confirmed bei an answer of Karrisa (to a question of OscarDD).
How can this be? When you say at 50% volume there is a playtime of 3-4 hrs an at 100% only 2 hrs then I'll get the full playtime only at 25% volume or less. That's a joke an not acctepable!
