Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best headphones I’ve ever owned I bought these 8 months ago and they’re still working perfect. I use them at the gym and they stay in my ears and are super comfortable. Amazing sound quality. I put them through the washing machine by accident and they still worked perfect. The battery lasts 8 hours. Charges in less than one hour. I will never buy another pair of headphones again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the price these are great I bought my JBL Focus 500 with the JBL 700 kit that comes with the charging case. Which works great. I first used these with the bigger size 7 enhancer wich did not feel comfortable nor did they sound good either. But after I changed to the smaller size 5 enhancer it was a world of a difference. They have good low freq. The midrange is really good and the highs are great. Not earpiercing at all. You just have to test for the correct enhancer that fits your ear canal correctly and you will not be disappointed. The 8hrs battery life is also accurate I use mine everyday at 50% volume and they do last. Customer service is also great. They replaced the enhacer I ripped free of charge which is awesome. And no i am not kissing JBL's behind. I also purchased the JBL Inspire 500 and they also sound great. Pretty much same earbud but without the earloop, which I kind of prefer. And the thing about cheap quality is non sense I use mine while working in construction and when working on my cars and they have not stopped working even after they were tugged on really hard a few times. They also connected to my phones very easily. Yeah two phones at the same time everyday without a problem. I did accidentaly loose my earloops so i just use them without and they dont fall out my ears either

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for the price I am on my second set I lost the first :) battery lasts at least 6 hours of continuos use , very ligth good sound once you fit them correctly , at first I was very disapointed but I misplaced in my ear and boom there was great sound so afet a little tweaking i fitted thm correctly , once you find the correct way to fit them in your ears the sound is good and if you ge this at a medium to high volume you dont hear any background sound that its great if you us them to work or study but not so if you want to jog or ride a bike , over all great product very comfortable good sound the only thing is a little weak on bass, definetly would recomend them

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Sound I love the sound and using them when the earlocking piece actually stays on. Sometimes when I’m just hanging them around my neck, I’ll look down to see the earlocking piece missing. Takes a little getting use to with adjusting the pieces to your ear.

Is there a way to turn the microphone volume up? I just bought these and every phone call I make, the people I am talking to tell me they can't hear me.

Hello. Are the headphones on the back of your neck? I've found that people hear me best on phone calls when the headphone wire is on the front side of yourself.

When I turn on my headphones, I noticed the woman's voice now says "Power On, Looking For Device, Battery Good" instead of "Power On, Battery Good, Looking For Device" and now I am unable to pair them with my iPhone. What do you think is the problem?

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Please try to forget the INSPIRE 500 under Bluetooth settings on your iPhone then try to pair it again. Make sure the LED light is blinking blue and red, indicating the headphone is on pairing mode . If this doesn't help, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Hi, how do I improve the sound of my JBL Focus 500?

One factor to improve your sound with the JBL focus is by having to properly put the Earphones to your ears, To properly put them on, gently insert the enhancer into your ear with a forward motion towards the jaw, which should twist and lock the enhancer into place. It took almost 5 minutes, and numerous times of pressing the center button and holding it for 2-3 seconds, before I was able to hear the voice prompt powering off. Any reason why? Any advice?

I seem to be having an issue discovering it on my iPhone. When I plug it in to charge the charging light comes on for a few seconds and then goes out. I push the on button and nothing comes on. the included instructions do not help.

Thank you for taking sometime in sending us your concern. To charge the FOCUS 500, plug in the charging cable, light comes on and when fully charge the light goes out. To pair the FOCUS 500 to your iphone, press the center button until it blinks red and blue, now, your FOCUS 500 is ready to pair. On your phone, turn the bluetooth on and it will show the FOCUS 500 on your phone and tap on it to complete the pairing process. I bought a Inspire 500. They worked great the first two month I had them, however they will not stay charged anymore. I have tried multiple chargers and different usb ports and the headphones will not start. The charge light goes on but then it not starts

How in Gods green earth do you turn these off?? The blue light just stays on and I can not figure out how to turn them off.

You can turn on/off the Focus 500 by holding the middle button for at least 2 seconds.
