Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like these a lot but a few suggestions to make them better. 1. The instructions are not clear. They need words. I don't understand the pictures even when they are on my ears. 2. The power off is enough to drive you crazy... as was pointed out by someone else, while driving they just power off and you have to rip them off and put them back on in order to make them work again - there has to be a better way. 3. One size smaller on the rubber ear pieces, I love that these stay in no matter what -- they really do work - but if I wear them too long, my ears get sore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extreme disappointment & I'm out $$ These are not easy to use: the twist-thingy for fitting in your ear isn't going to work for everybody and I'm one of them. They do not pair easily with device you're using. They either auto-off too quickly or stay on in the pouch when put away, therefore dead when I want to use them. What sound I have heard from them is distant and non-bassy. Touch controls are too sensitive: turns off when I'm trying to adjust volume. I bought these to use when I'm running. I haven't used them once, at all, because it takes too long to get them to work. I bought them at Target and can't return them because I no longer have the packaging. $70 just flung into the air. So very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inconsistent at best I bought these headphones about a year ago and they have been a struggle ever since. When they work , the sound is great and they are feel fairly comfortable. Key phrase here being: when they work. They regularly loose connection with whatever device I’m using be it a phone, computer, or iPad. A solid 1/3 of the time I use them they can’t even find my phone or iPad to connect to and I end up spending 10 minutes struggling with the darn things before giving up. It’s not my Bluetooth connection because it happens with multiple devices. Like I said, when they work- they work great. But they don’t work often enough that they are not worth the hassle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst connectivity and sound quality I was so excited when I first got my pair of headphones but quickly turn into frustration. They are complicated to operate. Not to mention their instructions are more complicated than the operating system itself. The sound quality is just okay, I guess fair for the low price. It is a hassle to keep them connected to your devices or simply keep them on (turn off automatically all the time)....JBL tried to make them so sophisticated that sacrificed practicality and simplicity If you want to avoid frustration, please stay away from this pair of headphones

Rated 5 out of 5 by from - I love the headphones but unfortunately they started having connection problem and the speaker on the right started to fail. (Less than 2 month with light use) -Mistake that I unfortunately made was that I bought them at my local Target and lost my receipt. - Would recommend to buy off the website instead. - I Would replace with the phones with the same model but can’t afford

How can i see is the bluetooth battery is full charger? Why when the bluetooth is charging there is light at the moment and after that no light anymore?

Asked by: RHik
Hi When you start charging the battery, the led will light up. When the led goes off, it means the battery is fully charged. If you have an IOS device, there will be a battery level indicator on your device ( this is an IOS feature, which Android does not have. This is not a JBL feature )

I'm having sound level issues with the left being louder then the right. If if move the ear piece around it gets louder and/or softer. is this s firmware issue? Thanks

I have also been experiencing this issue. They were perfect for month and now I almost have to jam them into my ears and hold them to get proper volume (even at max volume). I bought a pack of different ear tips and am still having the issue every single time. I would recommend trying different tips first, but I am going to have to contact JBL about mine. It is disappointing because I do love these headphones - when I can hear out of them.

Hello, I bought jbl endurance jump headphones. As a birthday present for my wife. I asked many times, the sellers said that it will be used for swimming, but unfortunately it cannot be used. I was embarrassed to my wife. I ask for your support on the subj

Asked by: hilmus_1234
Thanks for reaching out, Hilal. Our JBL Endurance Jump is IPX7 rated, which means that you can submerge the unit in water as deep as 3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 minutes. Because Bluetooth cannot travel through water, the only Endurance model that is used for swimming is the Endurance DIVE model. The Endurance DIVE model features an MP3 player which allows you to listen to music underwater without using Bluetooth. Furthermore, only DIVE features a function lock, which prevents water from activating functions inadvertently. SPRINT and JUMP do not have this lock function, and will not work underwater. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

I see one of the largest dislikes of this product is the sensitivity of the touch controls. Can I pause/skip/etc my music just off my device if I prefer? Or do you have to use the touch controls?

Asked by: BZZchicago
Yes, You can still use your phone to control the device if you do not wish to use the Touch controls.

It says here on the website that the maximum music play time with ANC off is 8 hours. ANC means the noise-cancelling component if I'm not mistaken. How do I know if it's on or not?

Asked by: Benny11
Thank you for your question. The JBL Endurance JUMP does not have ANC. If you need further assistance, please submit a case request at https://www.harmanaudio.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist you.
