You can definitely use it for calls but it still depends on your audio preference. However, if you purchase the JBL Endurance Jump directly from JBL.com but are not 100% satisfied with its performance, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Our JBL Endurance JUMP has an auto shut off feature which turns off the device if there is not music being played for 5-10 minutes, we suggest you keep playing music if you want it to be kept turned on while wearing it. when i go swimming, as soon as i get into the water the headphones mode changes from the memory card to the bluetooth mode. how can i fix this?

The JBL Endurance "Jump" only works above water, Since signals are hard to get through under water, and the IPX7 rating is made to match the other Endurance series mainly for a stronger sweat resistant headphones for workouts. You will need to use the JBL Endurance "DIVE" for swimming since it has and Mp3 feature and a lock feature that will let you play Mp3 music underwater without any cutouts.

I can’t get this to connect to my iPhone at all. I have my bluetooth on, and it shows up in my devices but it keeps saying not connected, put device in range. But its right next to my phone.

Try turning off the Bluetooth on your phone for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on. Try reconnecting it to your JBL Endurance Jump headphones again. If still unsuccessful in pairing, try to completely restart your phone before trying it again. We have the product fr less than a year. It does not work [probably no battery] and when we connect the charger, it does not charge [the red light does not go on]. We use the original charging cable. Any ideas what can we do?

Then, try to leave it plugged for 1-2 hours. It would be best to try to plug it overnight. If the issue persists please reach out to your local support in Israel, BUG Multisystems. What happens if I fully reset the device?

The software will reset to factory settings. This can potential fix any Bluetooth-pairing issues you may experience, but means you will have to delete and re-establish connection with your phone/tablet after the reset. The neckband of the Jump seems thicker than the Sprint, is that correct and what is the reason ?

Hi. Yes, the Jump headband is a lot thicker than the one of the Sprint. The thick, shorter neckband is a more luxurious feature, indicating the higher price level of the Jump. It also has less independent movement than the thinner one, and makes the whole headphone seem more like one, integrated device.

where it says ''Whats in the box?'' it it says there is 1 x enhancer. i was wondering what an enhancer is?

Hi. The enhancer is the bigger silicone item that forms the basis of the "Twistlock" system that we have built into your headphones. This is a kind of threaded material, which you place against your ear, then twist it to lock it into the inner ear bowl. The smaller silicone tips are placed on the tip of the enhancer. The name comes from the original idea behind this feature, enhancing grip and sound.
