It has a lot of bass and the overall sound quality is very good. We've had it for a few months and have not had any problems with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stop reading. JUST BUY IT!!!! I bought this to replace my 2011 Harmon kardon sb16 this sound bar has more clear dialogue, and significantly deeper bass. The ability to adjust the bass separate with the remote is awesome along with ARC via hdmi the Bluetooth I use all the time only complaint is it’s a bit lacking in mids I wish they would of made the bar a little bigger to get more mid but for the price it’s the best you can buy in my opinion only regret is not saving for the 5.1

Can you fix this very big mistake in future update? Automatically turn off the speaker when there is no signal? This is very annoying when you scrolling in game menu or somewhere. Please set it to real 10 min without signal and not to cca 1 ms.

My product won't connect to the wireless subwoofer, how do I go about syncing them together? There is nothing stated in the guides and manuals

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please refer to the steps below, for your information as well, moving forward: 1. Turn on the soundbar and the subwoofer. If the connection is lost, the LED indicator on the subwoofer blinks slowly. 2. Press the CONNECT button on the subwoofer to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on the subwoofer blinks quickly. 3. Press and hold the DIM DISPLAY button on the remote control for 5 seconds, followed by short press on BASS+, and BASS- button in sequence. Panel display will show “PAIRING”. If pairing succeeds, the LED indicator on the subwoofer lights up, and the soundbar display will show "DONE”. If pairing fails, the indicator on the subwoofer blinks slowly. Lastly, if the pairing fails, repeat the steps above.

just bought the soundbar and recognized that the center speaker doesn't work what to do? is it problem or it's OK? please help!!

I just got this soundbar, and make sure that all your other products (Xbox, PS4, Fire TV, Ect.) are set to 5.1 surround sound and they are DTS or Dolby. Making sure these all are on let me utilize my center channel.

Anyone else have volume issues with Fios?  Any button I use on my cable or universal remotes changes the volume based on its last volume input. Never had a problem with COX cable box. Anyone have a fix. Put in tech request a week ago

I'm having the same issue with my cable remote. I use Spectrum cable at one time Time Warrner but at first I thought it was because I programed the remote to the sound bar. I replaced the remote and programmed it just to my tv only but it still controls the sound bar. When I'm scrolling through my guide its also changing the volume and inputs on the sound bar at the same time. Only way I got around it was not pointing the remote directly at the tv while I'm using it.

Soundbar keeps turning back On after I use my Harmony Ultimate One to turn it off. I have yet to get it to obey all the proper commands/activities from my remote (it keeps flipping to the wrong input, etc). Any help to get these two to get along?

Hi! You could double check if the source/s are set to CEC, and is connected to the JBL Bar 3.1 via HDMI, this could be causing problems. Try turning off any CEC on the devices that are connected to the 3.1, and see if that helps. If the issue still persists, wewould like to work with you directly to help you with your issue.
