Bluetooth technology

The JBL Micro Wireless portable speaker streams music wirelessly from any Bluetooth-equipped mobile phone or tablet, making JBL sound available for a wide range of portable devices. It’s a wireless wonder.

Built-in bass port

JBL speakers are famous for powerful bass. But it might surprise you to hear JBL bass this strong from a speaker this small. A built-in bass port enables the JBL Micro Wireless to generate bass that’s superior to comparable portable products.

Five-hour, Li-ion rechargeable battery

The JBL Micro Wireless portable speaker has a built-in Li-ion battery that provides up to 5 hours of playback time. You can easily recharge the battery using a micro USB port, which saves you battery hassles and money.

Portable design

It’s easy to get attached to JBL sound. The lightweight, compact JBL Micro Wireless fits easily into backpacks or pockets.

Smart-cable design

The JBL Micro Wireless portable speaker is always ready to connect and play. And when your source device isn’t connected, the built-in 11-13/16-inch (30-centimetre) audio cable stores in the bottom of the speaker to prevent tangling.

LED indicator

A clearly visible LED lets you know when the built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery is low, so you know when the JBL Micro Wireless needs charging. We don’t want you to miss a moment of your music.

Daisy-chain capability

If you want to add some “macro” to your Micro, you can connect the JBL Micro Wireless portable speaker to other JBL Micro Wireless speakers, creating an impressive sound environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from #1 Travle Speaker (JBL Micro ) must check out I really appreciate the fact it has a keychain holder, it really helps me out while im at work because im a contractor. I do many sorts of renovation an remodeling. Ive seen the JBL Micro Wireless speaker go through a lot sense ive owned two of them. Ive seen them be scratched, banged, and dented. these speakers are really durable, an I love the short charging time it takes only 2 hour to get Five, and I also love the fact it comes with a wire on the back to plug into phones an other speakers. This Speaker is by far one of my Top Favs out there. I plan to test an try out the bigger models now.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from doesn't last; can't easily replace battery I had high hopes for this speaker. It has great sound and is very small and portable. I also like the daisy-chaining feature. Unfortunately, mine lasted for less than a year before it wouldn't recharge anymore. I bought a new usb micro cable to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't. I assume it must be lithium ion battery. I can't find any information about how to replace the battery. The bluetooth system and associated led functionality is not intuitive, and I found that it did not work consistently with my computer, only with my iPhone. Can't recommend it, especially at the somewhat exorbitant price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised Saw this on sale and figured, why not. I was happily surprised and highly impressed. I have a wide variety of music on my devices, from classical to Angry Johnny. Well, this little speaker sounds great with everything I've played through it. Now I see the JBL GO is on sale so I purchased one. If it sounds anywhere as good as the Micro I'll doubly satisfied.

Asked by: JoeyBoyA
Hi! There is a Micro-USB port on the JBL Micro Wireless for you to charge it.

I've done some reading and it seems obvious that you would simply hit the power button again to turn it off, but mine WILL NOT turn off. It just stays on until it dies. Any tips?

Asked by: KCoy
This is apparently what happens to these speakers, I have 2 Bluetooth and 2 wired ones that do the same thing. They sounded great and I gave them as gifts, I will never buy another bluetooth JBL speakers again.

The LED indicator on the MICRO WIRELESS should have that red light along with the blue light when charging and the red light should go away once fully charged.

I received this speaker as a gift but as soon as it is turned on there is a static noise that never goes away, even when the volume is down all the way and not paired or plugged into any device. Suggestions?

Asked by: Kozz
There are 2 possible reasons why the audio distorts on your speaker while playing your music. • If using an online streaming app, The wifi signal may not be that strong which causes a signal distortion. • If neither of the 2 is a concern then this could be a problem with the speaker and you can submit a case at www.jbl.com/contactus and our customer service representatives would be more than happy to assist you with your concern
