They work perfectly, and it’s not that much of a surprise since they’re from JBL (my dad’s been using their equipment for 30+ years) However, I lost the charging cable, and I can’t find any replacement cables that aren’t from a sketchy third-party company on eBay. I’d really like to get a genuine one or at least one from a trusted company, because it seems like these aren’t gonna break anytime soon.

Is there a smartphone APPlication I can use to see battery charge level?

Unfortunately, there's no available app for the SYNCHROS S400BT. However, when the SYNCHROS S400BT is paired to the iOS device, a small battery symbol will appear, usually next to the Bluetooth symbol. This is a battery level indicator.

Does it have an aux jack? Or are they only Bluetooth?

Certainly, the S400BT comes with a 2.5 -3.55mm audio cable, whereas the 2.5mm goes to the headphones and the 3.5mm end goes to any of your source device that has a standard audio jack.

When I plug my headphones in to charge, they blink white while also showing red led when charging, and once charged they? will not power on from the power on button. If plugged in they will play just fine. Why won't they power on from quick start

How do I prevent my Music app from playing whenever I accidently touch the left earcup? I tried an App Lock but that did not help.

If you are connected via Bluetooth and using the headphones, during this time there is no way to stop the left ear from initiating music. However, there are some apps (media monkey) that allow you to set it so that it ignores remote commands. Check your music app settings to see if this is possible.

I bought my s400bt on groupon brand new..but my left ear piece is broken, i bought them less than 12 months ago can i send them for repair? Or does jbl cover that under warranty?

Good Day, After connecting my S400 Bt to my PC the sound is very jittery (sounds like there's latency/interference issues) I've updated drivers for my Bluetooth stack on the PC thinking that would be the issue however it still hasn't resolved the issue

What you are experiencing with the S400BT is not normal. We recommend trying a different source to isolate if the issue is caused by a fault in the S400BT. If you are still experiencing sound issues, please contact the retailer where you purchased the S400 from for information regarding your warranty options and technical support.
