Does this version work with the wireless microphones without an adapter???
Our Partybox Encore Essential requires an adapter to be plugged in the microphone input when using a wireless mic. We do not guarantee a successful connection when using a wierless mic w/o an adapter.

Our JBL Partybox Encore Essential does not have wireless microphones included in the box. These mics are sold separately.

Will the Encore Essential pair with an Encore?
Our JBL PartyBox Encore can be paired with the Encore Essential via TWS for stereo mode or by daisy chaining the input of the secondary speaker.

Can you specify the difference between Jbl encore and the Jbl encore essential
Our JBL Partybox Encore and JBL Partybox Encore Essential have identical features but differ in their specifications and accessory that comes with its box. The JBL Partybox Encore comes with a wireless microphone (quantity varies by region) and has up to 10 hours of music playtime. On the other hand, the JBL Partybox Encore Essential doesn't come with a wireless microphone and has up to 6 hours of music playtime. Both speakers have different battery specifications, which is why the JBL Partybox Encore has more music playtime.

If I use this speaker while pulg-in wall, and EQ Bass raise to maximum (+2) also ”Bass Boost“ set to "Deep(Lv.1)" plus maximum volume, is this safe for the drivers inside? Thank you!!

The JBL Partybox Encore Essential looks like a Professional Stage speaker, can this speaker put out concert level bass and SPL? How long could it sound project? I want to use this speaker at concert sound reinforcement. Thank you very much!!
Our JBL only has 100 watts RMS with a frequency response of 50-20,000 Hz. It's not suitable for concert-scale events.

How is the bluetooth range on the speaker?
Our JBL PartyBox Encore Essential's Bluetooth range is 10m (33ft). Please avoid walls because they can interfere with the connection of the speaker. Bluetooth signals can't pass through walls.

Trying to connect 2 speakers but doesn’t connect when push connect button
Two of our JBL PartyBox Encore Essentials can be connected via TWS mode by simply pressing the TWS button on both speakers. To exit TWS mode: Power off or press TWS on either speaker. Does it have to be plugged in the wall to be used?
Thanks for your interest in our products. You can use our JBL Encore Essential while plugged in, and it's safe for the built-in battery of the speaker. There's no harm in using the unit while it is connected to a power source. Our products have PCM circuits that manage the charging of the battery. However, if you'd like to save energy, you may unplug the speaker.
