Can the 2 mics be used at the same time?
Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, you may use the two microphones included with our JBL PartyBox Encore. First, load the two Alkaline AA batteries with correct polarity, then, turn on the speaker and the supplied wireless microphone. You will hear a prompt tone upon successful setup of a wireless connection. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

What are the closest specifications for this speaker to get close to the 10hr battery life it calls for? Volume and what percent? Lights on or off? Bass boost or no bass boost? You should include that information with each speaker!
The playtime of up to 10 hrs of our Partybox Endore varies depending on the volume level and audio content playing. To maximize the playing time of this speaker, we recommend playing at 60-80% volume with RGB off.

any way to connect 2 toghether with microphone for karaoke?
Yes, you can use the microphones of our JBL PartyBox Encore while both speakers are connected via TWS. However, please be advised that the audio output of the microphones can only be heard on the speaker it is connected to, and there might be mic interference as well.

Will it hurt the battery if the encore is plugged in at all times?
There's no harm in using our JBL Partybox Encore while it's plugged in. Our products have PCM circuits that manage the charging of the battery and will switch the speaker to AC mode once fully charge. However, if you'd like to save energy, you may unplug the speaker.

Once the battery is fully charged while plugged in and playing music should the battery light stay on or shut off? Mine stays on, is that normal or does that mean it's over charging?
The Led indicator light of the Partybox Encore will remain on while the speakers in plugged-in. There's no harm in using our JBL Partybox Encore while it's plugged in. Our products have PCM circuits that manage the charging of the battery and will switch the speaker to AC mode once fully charge.

Can this be paired with smaller jbl speakers, such as a Flip5?
Our JBL Partybox Encore can only connect to another Partybox Encore via TWS (True Wireless Stereo)

Yes, our JBL PartyBox Encore's power adapter is set to auto-volt and will work on 100-240V AC.

Can you turn the light show off on the partybox encore
Thank you for your question.
The light show of the JBL Partybox Encore can be controlled by pressing the "light" button (with a little sun symbol) on the speaker.
• Press to select your preferred light effect: rock, flow, cross, ripple, flash, or off.
• Hold for more than 2 seconds to turn strobe light on or off.
