Nice size, and well built
Ran this for an entire day at the lake and it never got hot. Good product so far.

My Kenwood head unit remote wire controls this amp opposite. When I turn on the head unit the amp turns off and the power light flashes every 4 seconds. When I turn the head unit off the amp turns on. No protect light issues. My second amp works Fine
Please try to isolate the issue by connecting a +12V line to the Remote terminal of your MA4505. If the amp won't turn on, then there's an internal problem within the unit. Please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

Does this unit require a head unit or can it be controlled via Bluetooth?
Our JBL Marine MA4505 is a Multi-element high-performance, 5-channel amplifier and it does require a head unit for the amplifier to work. This amplifier does not have a Bluetooth function.
