I was extremely surpised by the comfort and I had never had a pair of earbuds that fit so well in my ears. The sound quality is good but not great. This isn't really a problem for me though because when I'm looking for great sound quality I normally just use my Beats headphones.

I'm sure you can't thumb up or thumb down while listening to Pandora but how do you skip to the next track? pressing the volume up or down for three seconds simply raises or lowers the volume...

You can only skip the song using the Volume UP by pressing it for 2-3 seconds while listening to Pandora. For other apps like Spotify, skip and rewind works using Volume UP/DOWN pressing the buttons for 2-3 seconds.

I get beeping frequently when I wear my jbl wireless reflect. I saw a thread that says it is not normal, though for me, it is the norm. After stopping and starting the music via head phones it may go away for a time period. Then inevitably, it returns.

What you are experiencing is not normal if it doesn't have anything to do with a notification or an alarm clock, for example. Try to pair it with a different source device in attempt to find out exactly what is causing this beeping. i would like to know if it can pair with windows laptop? Also if it can be paired to laptop and phone at the same time?

Hi, Thank you for contacting us here. To connect from a Windows PC, you will need the correct drivers for your bluetooth hardware in your PC/laptop. You can download these from the support website of your laptop's manufacturer. Make sure that the drivers support A2DP Stereo Audio. It's only possible to connect from one device at the same time though, so if you need to switch between your mobile device ( phone ) and your laptop, you will have to put the headphones in "pairing mode" each time you want to switch between devices. Information on how to put your headphones in pairing mode, can be found in the Quick Start Guide. I enjoy my mini BT, but the audio randomly drops out when I am connected to my iPhone. With the phone in my pocket, while doing yard work the audio (podcasts) keep dropping out for an instant and then comes back. Is this an issue with my Mini or iPhone?

We have some suggestions if you want to enjoy the best performance from your Bluetooth devices. 1. Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your smartphone or tablet, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem. 2. Bluetooth signals from smartphones and tablets are not very strong. Make sure that the signal does not have to pass through doors, walls etc. Always maintain a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver. 3. Do not carry your smartphone in your pocket, if you have dropouts. Your body can act as a screen, reducing the strength of the Bluetooth signal. Put the phone on a table or other surface. 4. Do not walk around while listening. If the transmitter and the receiver are moved in relation to each other, dropouts occur more frequently. 5. Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 5 meters with no problems, if you follow the above advice. In some instances range is longer, but we cannot promise this.

I often use JBL reflect mini BT to listen to Spotify with my iphone6. Recently, I found it sometimes has lag for music, I am sure it's not the internet problem in iphone6. What's the possible root cause ?

What you are experiencing with your REFLECT BT is not normal. Please try to connect the REFLECT BT to a different phone that also has Spotify. If you are not experiencing lag from it, try reinstalling the Spotify in your phone. Is the sweat proof caveat only covered for the first year or does it cover the lifetime of the unit?

The sweat-proof feature of the REFLECT MINI BT is permanent. Although, overexposure to water can cause damage to the sound or remote functions.

Earbuds quit during vigorous cardio workout with no voice warnings. Attempted charging but no red light. After 30 min, tried to turn on but no success.
