Product Q&A

Can this be paired with an Amazon Fire? My daughter wants headphones but isn't ready for a phone. TY.

Asked by: kjohnson261
Our JBL Tune 120TWS has Bluetooth capability and can pair with devices like phones, tablets, and laptops that have Bluetooth. It may not work if you'll be pairing our headphones with a Bluetooth dongle ( Bluetooth that the Amazon Fire Stick has).

Is there a way to use the left ear piece while charging the right one?

Asked by: JBL_questions
Thank you for your question. As the right earpod is the primary side, it is possible to use the right one if you want to use one side only, but for the left earpod, you need both sides. Should you wish to receive further support, you may contact the Harman Customer Support team by telephone, email or chat in order to receive direct assistance. Please see https://uk.harmanaudio.com/support-contact.html for further details. Thank you.

I purchased these earbuds and received them yesterday. I’ve noticed the right one makes a clinking noise when I touch it or shake my head. Is this normal.

Please can you help me, I don't understand how to increase/decrease the sound directly on the jbl tune. Now i be able only on keys of the phone

Asked by: GiuseppeDiCa_1962
There are no volume controls with our JBL Tune 120TWS. The manual controls on the unit are skipping tracks, pause, play, answering and rejecting phone calls, and muting or unmuting the microphone. The volume needs to be adjusted directly from the source. Check out control guides here: http://bit.ly/329K3LM.

Do they work seperately?

Asked by: Anonymous
Each earbud has its controls. You can use the right earbud alone or separately since it has the main controls. The right earbud serves as the primary in which you can control the power, pause/play, answer/end call, and the mute button. Additionally, the left earbud allows you to skip a track or go back to the previous track when playing music. Check this link to get more info about the headphones: https://bit.ly/2kpVzCY

Can it be connected to two devices at the same time, multipoint?

Asked by: Anonymous
I took the following from another question answered here at the Q&A section some weeks ago: "You can only connect one device to your JBL Tune 120TWS. This explains why you're unable to connect them to separate devices. The right earphone is the dominant pair which acts as the control unit for both earbuds. The left earphone is designed to pair with the right earbuds automatically." Not sure which is the right answer, but I am not able to make mine pair with two sources, only one at a time.

Can I work out in these headphones

Asked by: Rylan
I am in no way saying these earbuds are sweatproof/waterproof, but I recently dropped mine in the pouring rain running to my car. (Fell out of the case) They stayed on the pavement for 3 full minutes before I realized they fell out of the case. That was a week ago and they are still working perfectly. Again, I am not promoting this product as sweatproof/waterproof but in my case, this time there was no real damage. But I'll definitely be careful from now on.
