Good speakers, bad mic
Pros:
Good sound quality
Fairly cheap for nice, comfortable, over-ear headphones
Cons:
Mic quality is not very good
Mic tends to be easily tugged on when adjusting, pulling it out of its plugin.
I personally am not a fan because I bought these headphones to game

Can't get these to work.
Just got these 4 days ago and I can not hear anything out of them. I put an extension on them and have to move the cord around to get a sound. I'm thinking these new things have a short in them. So I just got another extension in the mail and they still don't work. What am I doing wrong?

2nd one I bought
This is the second one I bought. The first one cracked around the swivel for some reason. So I bought another one. I have had it about 2 or 3 weeks.

Why would it not be connecting through the audio jack? Do I need to adapt it to a usb?

Do these headphones have adjustable volume on the headset itself? Do they have metal in the headband? Does it connect via 35 mm aux?
Our JBL Free WFH Wired Headphones are made of high-quality plastic with padded synthetic protein leather and are metal-free. The headset does not have an adjustable volume, but it does have a 3.5mm aux input jack.

Our JBL Free WFH wireless and wired headphones have a noise-canceling microphone feature that filters ambient noise during normal calls or when connected to a third-party app.

Does jbl make a protective case for over the ear headphones.
Unfortunately, we have not released any after-market protective cases for our Headphones. You may try searching 3rd-party sellers online such as Amazon or eBay for this kind of protective casing.

Are these headphones compatible with gaming systems and if so, which gaming systems? If not, which headphones are compatible with games systems? Not looking for most expensive headphones but a good quality that’s compatible. Thank you!
Our JBL Free WFH is best used for the PC as this is compatible with most universal chat apps. For gaming purposes, we recommend our Quantum series of headphones as these are specifically designed for gaming.
