Is there a way to turn off RGB lighting in the Quantum 810 headset when using on wireless mode?
You can turn off or turn on the RGB lighting in the JBL Quantum 810 by pressing and holding the mute button near the volume dial for more than 5 seconds.

Is this headset adjustable on my head. Can I adjust it if need be?

Is there a way to disable the noise suppression on the microphone? When I use sidetone on quantumengine, I can hear much more, which I want for the rest of my device to hear as well.
Our Quantum 810 noise suppression can be disabled through your PC or laptop's audio settings.

Can this be used with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Our JBL Quantum 810 Wireless will work when used with third-party communications apps like Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, and MS Teams. Please ensure to set your headphones as the "communication device" on the app.

When I don't use these for a while they turn off automatically. Is there a way to shut down the auto turn off or to at least prolong the time to auto turn off?
Our JBL Quantum 810, like all of our portable or units with battery, have power-saving mode. The power-saving option is mandatory and cannot be disabled. The headset turns off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. You can find all the regulations in the (ErP) 2009/125/EC Directive for Energy-Related Products.
