hi, i have jbl E40BT and one side has stop working?

I read a lot of people with the same problem. First off let me say that I love the sound and comfort of these headphone. However mine did the same thing, I exchanged them under warranty at Canadian Tire, but after a few months the second pair did the same thing, worked great at first then one side stopped working. I am the type of guy that likes to take stuff apart to learn how and why things work, So I opened the headphones and found a wire that was not soldered or got pulled off it's soldered spot from moving/adjusting the headphones around. I re-soldered the wire and reassembled the headphones using hot glue to hold the wires in place so they can no longer get tension when adjusting the headband, They HAVE been working perfectly for over a year now. " DO NOT " open them if they are under warranty, I hope this helps any other handymen out there, and maybe JBL should look into their assembly line.

How do I charge the headphones? I put it on the charger for a few hours but doesn't seem to want to charge if anyone can please help me I'd appreciate it

Plug into the 2.5 mm jack into the outlet on the bottom of the left ear cup of the headphones and plug the other end of USB port into your laptop or adapter. The bluetooth symbol should turn a solid red to indicate that it is charging. Once it is fully charged, the red light should turn off. If you are still having issues with charging your headphones, please contact your local JBL Customer Service for technical support.

Bluetooth connected, no sound transmitted. Win 10 pro. CSR Bluetooth Radio USB dongle. Anyone know why, have a fix?

The E40BT COACH Limited Edition utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most laptops. There are two different Bluetooth protocols, one for Headset Audio used for talking on the telephone, and the other for high quality stereo audio listening. Being that the E40BT COACH Limited Edition is a speaker; your computer must connect to the E40BT COACH Limited Edition using the Stereo Audio protocol. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio.

I have a pair of JBL Synchros E40 BT and ive enjoyed using them for about a year but now theres no sound i the left ear piece. What do i do now?

I don't think this is a "set-up" problem because I had the same problem.  It began intermittently and soon failed.  After carefully removing the left ear-fusion, support, and speaker itself I discovered that one wire to the speaker had become disconnected from the printed circuit board.  The two wires to the speaker are attached near to corner of a circuitboard and was soldered back on.  Use care if you try this as the parts that hold the speaker piece on is very fragile and connected in what appears to be in a backward fashion.  This also requires experienced soldering techniques.  Be careful.

How to turn off E40BT?

just pressing once doesn't do a thing... Therefore i press it for more time and the red led starts blinking. After that when i press once it turns off

I was able to use my E40BT headphones and the pairing process worked fine, but they became unpaired. Now I am unable to pair them again. I have rebooted my nano, and sometimes E40BT appears as a device but it will not finish pairing. Tips for pairing?

Hey Phil, I had the same issue with my iPhone. To resolve this I went to Bluetooth settings, removed or "forgot" the E40BT headphones from the "My Devices" list, turn off bluetooth, turn bluetooth back on, and re-paired (make sure bluetooth button is flashing on headphones while trying to pair). The E40BT headphones should appear under the "Other Devices" list below the "My Devices" list in the Bluetooth settings of your phone. Select the device you're trying to pair. Hopefully this helps!

where can I purchase a replacement charger for this product

Ok so if the charger was available at most electronics stores you would be correct however it is not !!!! I'm at a technology store that is second to none when it comes to electronic devices having the latest and greatest technological devices they could be found and they do not sell  however you can get them on Amazon for about nine dollars

I inquired about a charger as well and they don't make them anymore, your best bet is to get one on amazon.. if you can find the right one..its hit and miss lol I've already got one that's that wrong one..I'm waiting for try #2 to get here lol I can share the link they sent me if you'd like?
