Rated 5 out of 5 by from - I love the headphones but unfortunately they started having connection problem and the speaker on the right started to fail. (Less than 2 month with light use) -Mistake that I unfortunately made was that I bought them at my local Target and lost my receipt. - Would recommend to buy off the website instead. - I Would replace with the phones with the same model but can’t afford

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these headphones but... I’m experiencing audio latency while I watch videos. I know they are headphones for music however it’s disappointing when I want to watch YouTube or Netflix on my phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the price I bought these a couple days ago and while it was pretty expensive, these earphones do have some cool features. One thing I’d prefer is a power switch or button on the earphones to turn them on/off instead of the automatic power hook; they’ll sometimes snap apart and turn off when I don’t want them to. Other than that, they’re very comfortable, are very technologically advanced, and an overall good pair of earphones

I see one of the largest dislikes of this product is the sensitivity of the touch controls. Can I pause/skip/etc my music just off my device if I prefer? Or do you have to use the touch controls?

Asked by: BZZchicago
Yes, You can still use your phone to control the device if you do not wish to use the Touch controls.

Do they have a quickcharge system for faster charging, for eg. 2 amper charger changes the speed of charge or there is no difference between 1A or 2A?

Asked by: brainmercy
Yes, the 2A would make it quicker to charge than 1A.

The neckband of the Jump seems thicker than the Sprint, is that correct and what is the reason ?

Asked by: dachshound
Hi. Yes, the Jump headband is a lot thicker than the one of the Sprint. The thick, shorter neckband is a more luxurious feature, indicating the higher price level of the Jump. It also has less independent movement than the thinner one, and makes the whole headphone seem more like one, integrated device.

Hi. What is the difference between the Endurance JUMP and the Endurance SPRINT

Asked by: Vetti12
Hi The Endurance Jump has a more rigid cable, so it fits around the back of the neck, compared to a normal cable on the Sprint. The Endurance Jump has a "Powerhook", which will power off the headphones automatically when you take them off and the Jump has a pouch for the headphones included.

where it says ''Whats in the box?'' it it says there is 1 x enhancer. i was wondering what an enhancer is?

Asked by: Squire098
Hi. The enhancer is the bigger silicone item that forms the basis of the "Twistlock" system that we have built into your headphones. This is a kind of threaded material, which you place against your ear, then twist it to lock it into the inner ear bowl. The smaller silicone tips are placed on the tip of the enhancer. The name comes from the original idea behind this feature, enhancing grip and sound.
