Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sound, stay in place I'm very satisfied with these. I bought them few months ago and I really love them. I use them for metal music so I appreciate the balanced sound of these. Not too much base which I prefer, clear highs. Strong middles. I can hear almost every detail of track. The sound is just great. Earphones stay in place I can move however I want.They isolate ambient sound well. Regarding the construction they seem to be solid. The cable is long enought. I use them for running, outdoor walking and at home. About BT connection sometimes they loose the signal. But they can play even through the wall when I use them at home. The battery life is good. I can tell that they last for 6 hours. The reflect cable is good I like the design of these earphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and battery last a long time. I bought these to use while working out in the gym. They are comfortable and stay in your ear even when running. The battery will last about three weeks between charges. The Bluetooth connects right away. Great headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features. Bought them a couple weeks ago and have been super pleased. They don't feel to bulky, stay in ears very well, pretty decent bottom end, good solid mix of mids and highs. Only thing I've come across is they can almost block out noise so well that when you walk/run it can somewhat thump in your ears, I've since changed to the smaller ear buds so that should help. Overall very satisfied so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Volume Problems I bought this last week, they have been great. I noticed that some people commented the volume was not very loud. I initially thought this as well but I noticed that the head phone volume was separate from the phone volume (Samsung S&). Basically, I turn the volume on my phone all the way up and then turn headphones down low. I couldn't keep the headphones on at the highest volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds great and so comfortable I was looking for a bluetooth headsets for the working out. I heard many reviews for many other products and tried some. But this is the best that fit in my ears and sounds much better than I expected. Sounds great but still so light so I basically feel nothing but awesome sounds around me. This is a great product!

My earphones won't turn on. I bought and used them last week. When I was using it at the gym I was warned it was turning off and no light appeared when I put to charge and there was no connection with my phone either.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps in order to resolve this issue. -Try using a different Micro USB cable to check if this is a charger issue. -Try using a different power source (Electrical Outlet or USB Port of a Computer) to charge the unit. I have found that my pair that I bought fresh today are absolutely cringing to listen to. I've heard gen 1 underwater radios sound better than these. Is there a reason they may be so crackled and tinny? Also is there an LED indicator for full charge?

It is important that you are using the proper size and the headphones securely fit in the ear. The REFLECT CONTOUR comes with 3 size sets of sport ear tips: small, medium, and large that you can play around. Once you've found the right size, it will sound great. To determine where the problem is, please try using a different source to see it makes any difference. The red charge light turns off when charging has finished. If the issue still persists, please submit a case request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Hi, I am really struggling with the volume of these headphones - its quite insufficient. I am using them with iPhone 6s. Is there anything in particular I need to set up (e.g. firmware update) the volume maxes out quickly. Thanks!

Try connecting it to a different source. Check the volume on your source and the volume on the headphones themselves are properly adjusted to your preferred loudness. Also, make sure that there are no other running applications on your device that can override the volume.
