JBL BassPro Go is a powered subwoofer designed to easily mount & charge in any vehicle, augmenting the output of full-range speakers at the lowest frequencies, with quick disconnect features to become a portable Bluetooth speaker and keep the party on the go. With convenient and easy to use controls in or out of the vehicle, BassPro Go allows you to dial-in your music exactly the way you want to hear it. When mounting the plate to the vehicle floor, how much space between the holes length and width? Hope to install this under rear sear Ford Bronco! Thanks

Is the battery consumer replaceable?
We recommend working with an authorized Harman/JBL service center so the battery can be safely replaced by a professional using genuine Harman/JBL parts. Will this product link with the jbl boombox? Not the boombox 2.
Our JBL BassPro Go is not compatible with the JBL Boombox and Boombox 2 because these two speakers have different technologies or connect features. Our JBL BassPro Go only has a Connect feature which can only connect with the Connect feature enabled speakers like the Xtreme, Charge 3, Flip 3, and Pulse 2.

Do you need to run a power wire from the battery?? Or wires from the back of the head unit??
Wiring & Inputs: A single 28" wiring harness, with a sealed input connector that can quickly be unplugged for speaker removal, is provided with the following input connections:
Power & Ground: Two 12 ga. wires (black and red) provide the power and ground connections for vehicle use. A 15A ATO fuse and holder are installed on the power wire.
Remote In: A blue 18 ga. wire provides the Remote-In function, connecting to a radio's remote output or to the vehicle's switched power circuit.
RCA: A single pair of RCA connectors provide the audio input when installed in a vehicle, accepting high- or low-level signals. Rubber caps are provided for sealing the RCA inputs when not in use.
RJ-25: Provides the input for the included Wired Remote Bass Control.

Is it louder than a JBL Boombox when it is out of the car in bluetooth mode?
The Bass Pro Plus with its more powerful Bass at 40Khz vs, the 50Khz of the Boombox, has an additional feature called ‘Bass Boost’, what this feature does is to add +6dB from both speaker’s normal level of 0dB. The Bass Pro Plus is hands down more powerful than the Boombox.
