New Chevy 2016 Trax. Put a pair of Club 6520 in the doors The stock tweeters in the pillars really are bad. If I take of the pillars and splice/solder wires...will this fit in the factory location? How would I secure them? Thanks!

Asked by: The Woj
The tweeters will work but won’t fit exactly like your stock speakers. What I suggest if you will do modifications, you may follow these two options 1. Externally mounting the speakers someplace other the pillar cabin 2. Use some form of adhesive or back strap to make them say fit in the cabin. But to set your expectation, either way it won’t look flush and clean like the current unit, unless you seek for professional help.

Are these tweeters compatible with a Renault Megane 3? Does anything need to be done to the power connector?

Asked by: JohnW220
Hi John. Sorry, we do not have such information. Best suggestion is to ask Renault what can be installed, or go to a professional car hifi expert. You can of course buy the tweeters on the JBL web shop, try them in the car, and return them within the 30 day return policy if they are not compatible.

Looking to add highs to a lacking rear sound stage currently running 6.5 mid range. Tweeters will be externally amped running 45w RMS. My question is what is the difference between the Club 750t and the GTO 19t?

Asked by: Gimme Sound
Although they are both rated at 3 ohms and 45W RMS/135W peak, the GTO 19T has a much lower frequency range than the CLUB 750T. Between the two, we recommend the 19T because it will respond better at 2.5kHz-21kHz. Over all, the sonic quality of the GTO 19T is a step above the CLUB.

Would this work well as a replacement to the tweeters included in the GX600C?

Asked by: LodenH16
The CLUB 750T would be great replacements for those that are included in the GX600C. Ideally, we would recommend that you get the same component, but the CLUB 750T would work very well.

Would these fit in place of the front dash speakers in a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500?

Asked by: Apic15
I think the factory dash speakers are a little larger than these (3"?) so they would not be a direct fit. I have a 2005 Ram and I was thinking of putting these in the top of the door panels, maybe in the small triangular section at the front of the door because I have heard that having tweeters aimed at the windscreen to 'reflect' off it is bad audio design. Better to have them aimed direct.
