When I pair the click to my IPhone 12 Pro all the functions work except the volume control with the wheel. I have friends that have the same issue. What is causing this? How can this be resolved?

Thanks for your inquiry. You can adjust the volume on our JBL Click by rotating it clockwise and counterclockwise. Also, you can try to do a factory reset. Just press and hold the button for 10 seconds. After doing a reset kindly delete or forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings before reconnecting to your phone. If you still need help, please contact our customer support service via our official website or toll-free hotline.

How do you power off/disconnect after riding? Is there a power button?

Thanks for reaching out. Our JBL Click goes on Standby mode once you have unpaired it from the source device (smartphone, tablet, etc.). The unit is on Stand-by mode when the LED indicator is Off. You may refer to the Quick Start Guide for more information about this product. https://bit.ly/3hCn6eb

Does it pair over bluetooth? Would I be able to pair it to my speaker through bluetooth?

Our JBL Click doesn't have the capability to connect with Bluetooth speakers. It directly connects with your phone as a remote for accessible access while driving, biking, etc.
