My experience with the pulse 3 has been one of both pleasure and delight. When I first received the package the first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful packaging. The speaker in general is nice and sturdy along with sleek black design makes this product stand out against others. The sound quality is crystal clear and is nice and loud. I would recommend this product to friends and family that love going out due to its high battery life. My favorite feature of the Pulse 3 was the lighting of the speaker where you adjust what the light does by downloading the JBL app. My only complaint is that the speaker does not have very much bass to it.

Amazing!
I'm loving this speaker. The colors, the light show, the sound and ambiance it sets is absolutely stunning. Great for parties, get togethers and just a chilling out with your favorite tunes. Beautiful color ways & hey it's waterproof, you really can't go wrong here. Also Great quality and sound. I love it! So much fun. Great speaker! Thank you JBL! Creativity definitely Rocks! I just really hope you come out with a JBL carry on case very very soon so I can bring this along on all my adventures. Please make a JBL pulse case that fits this product since JBL pulse 2 case does not fit it. Other then that everything is fantastic!

Perfection.
I just bought this and what can I say. It's a masterpiece. It's really light for the size of the speaker which is great for carrying around. The lights on this are beautiful and bright. I love how many customisations you can make to the colour. Most importantly the sound. This speaker is so clear that it sounds almost better than my Power beats 3. The bass is amazing. I love bass and I was deciding between this and the bose soundlink mini 2 but after listening to this for 30 seconds, I set on this because its so mesmerising and sounds awesome. Would recommend to everyone!

Awesome Speaker but Caution
I just received my pulse 3 and I believe it to be the best speaker I have own. The light show is incredible with all these bright colors. It shines in both indoors and outdoors, but I have ran into a problem, the glass or plastic is fragile and can be scratched. I already scratched mine and I’m kinda upset about it but I really wish JBL can release a carrying case soon cause I would highly recommend caution with the glass. Besides that, I would totally recommend this for someone who wants to brighten up a room with color or looking for the next best speaker

Stunning Speaker, Worth the Wait!!
I got the speaker in the mail, it shipped pretty quickly! Everything about the speaker is gorgeous, even the packaging. It came with a USB cord and an outlet, a nice addition for sure. The light show flows together seamlessly and keeps you intrigued, it changes the mood of a room in seconds. It doesn't match up 100% with the music but it's definitely a sight to be seen! The colors are vibrant, and if you get the JBL app it's so easy to control. The sound quality is so clear, and if you set it on the floor you can feel the bass through your feet! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking. The waterproof is also legitimate, I dunked it in water and it came out playing just as well as it had when it went in.

Do the lights cause radiation of some sort. Even with Bluetooth is this completely safe to use?
The LED lighting used in this device is technology used in modern light bulbs as well as the backlighting in smart phones, computers, tablets, and TV sets.

I have 2 pulse 3 speakers. is there a way to sync up the light shows on both speakers, currently I can only control the lights on the speaker directly connected via buletooth to my phone

Does anyone have a problem with the battery life? In the product specs it says it will last 12 hours. At best we are getting 3 hours on a charge :(
The Battery of the Pulse 3 lasts up to 12 hours (varies by volume level and audio content). If you don't have the lights on and still get 3 hours then ,please submit a case request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

How long does this take to fully charge after it fully dies? My boyfriend got me one for Christmas and it feels like I’ll have up to 2 days on the charger is something wrong with it?!
The battery charge time is for 4.5 hours until it reaches the full charge and the LED lights on the charging indicator would all light up. Hi, I just bought Pulse 3 and I have a firmware upgraded Charge 3 (to support connect+). Even after upgrade I cannot link the two speakers to each other through connect+. Are there any known issues?
The JBL Charge 3 is only capable of JBL Connect as of the moment. There has been no updates yet to the Charge 3 to be compatible with the JBL Connect+.
