Faulty after a week of use
bought these earphones before going away on holiday and was amazed at the sound quality at first, soon after with little use at all they began to not connect to my phone. Even after leaving the earphones in charge for 4 hours then trying they were still unable to connect despite that being more than enough time in charge to do so. Since my last attempt i have stopped trying to use them altogether and have went back to my old, wired earphones. I am very surprised at this product as i had good expectations from them as i have used JBL in the past and enjoyed their products.

Sound is good but the bluetooth signal is not
I bought this wireless in-ear headphones and received it about a week now. I have used it everyday and have no problem pairing it with my phone or computer. The sound quality is good. I used it while jogging. The only issue I currently have is that from time to time, it kept disconnecting from my phone even thought the bluetooth indicator still indicated that my phone connected to it. So, I have to toggle that bluetooth button off and on to reconnect to the in-ear headphones. I don't know why this is an ongoing problem. I don't know if anyone else experienced this. Otherwise, the sound quality is good.

Good but the neck clip was dissapointing
I've purchased this model about 2 months ago and have been used it on daily basis ever since.
PRO'S: Great bass & quality of the sound is amazing! Battery lasts good, up to 7 hours easily; chargining it is not a hassle either
CON'S: Perhaps not the best choice if you are looking for a sound proof pair of headphones.
If you stop using it for few days, the bluetooth connection with the phone has to be renewed as it is not recognised anymore....
THE NECK CLIP which was the whole reason why I chose this model has broken yesterday and I'm looking everywhere to purchase a new one, but without any success.

Good & Simple
I've got this earphone couple months ago.
mostly uses when i'm on the go (public bus, walking, on the bike)
overall the earphone is quite good, if you find the simple earphone, east to carry, this E25BT could be your good option.
Pro:
- quite good sound quality
- simple form factor, not bulky, easy to carry
- braided cable help me so much
- in-ear is the only earphone that fit to my ear
- free pouch & bright orange micro-USB cable
Cons:
- not "bassy" sound earphone type
- the location of power button and LED indicator should be not separate (confusing)
- no skip/next button support for iOS

i just bought these and so far i love them, they sound way better than i thought they would, very loud blocks out other sounds when you have these in, bluetooth connection was easy and quick battery is good, i dont know how long it takes to charge fully but right out of the box it lasted 7 hours which is amazing.

Good except that..
I am a JBL fan but as far as this device is concerned, I'm changing my mind. Sound quality is ok. Battery life is good. But I am not satisfied because of the following reasons:
1. Mouth piece does not work well unless you put it directly to your mouth
2. Bluetooth connection is slower compared to the other bluetooth earphones I've tried
3. The clip is easily broken. The first clip was broken in 2months. I got same clip from my friend and got broke after 3 months.
I complained all these things to the customer service, sadly, she told me that they don't accept if accessories are broken.

Good quality and easy to use for a good price.
Of course I've had better headsets before, but these where wired. Now, I really wanted a wireless model. Because it's always risky to buy in-ear headphones, I had to gamble. I did not want to gamble to much, and this one seemed to have a good price/quality ratio. And I can conform that. The focus is a little too much one the lower frequencies, but that can be good or bad, depending on the type of music. For me it;s mainly classic rock. So some songs sounded really good, but songs on the higher frequency side, it can get a bit tinny. But other than that, it's a great device for this price.

The clip broke after the first time I used it.
I bought this at an airport (I was overcharged, thus the poor value rating for me personally) and used it on one flight. The second time I took it out of the bag to use it, the clip had broken completely apart and is totally worthless. the earbuds don't fit easily into my ears and it's a bit clumsy to use in regard to the controls. There's no way to really know if it is on once you clip it to the back of your shirt and I struggled to use the middle button effectively to start and stop the book I was listening to.

Horrible Product
I wrote a review a couple weeks ago on these headphones. The light stays frozen blue and doesn't respond to any input on the buttons. On top of that, the clip just broke on me now. Very unhappy customer here.

OK w/Phones & Laptops - TV will Destroy Battery!!
The earbuds were working ok until I connected them to my Samsung smart TV. It worked fine w/TV for a few minutes then stopped working altogether. They would not connect to anything after the TV test. I contact support to find out the signal from the TV drains the battery too fast which causes permanent damage. They are sending me a replacement BUT I do not understand why there is no warning in the manual. One simple sentence like "Please note: These earbuds are for phones and laptops only." would do the trick. Otherwise, they work OK and sound pretty good for the price.

Use for running and it is really good!
For anyone complaining about earpieces falling out of ear, please jut search for custom earbuds. For me the smallest buds fit the best and doesn't fall out while I'm going for a run.
Sound quality – as usual the best and there isn't anything to change.
Battery – 8 hours is enough and charging doesn't take long.

Great for Working out
I've had these for around two weeks and am overall satisfied. The only unsatisfactory thing about them is they are not the greatest for phone calls. The person on the other side can never hear me unless I either shout or bring the mic unreasonably close to my face. Other than that I absolutely love them. I always have them on me because while they are excellent when I'm working out they are great for just general music listening and watching a movie on a device.

Nice design but always problems connecting
I really like the design of these earphones as they are discrete compared to most other Bluetooth headphones with a neck band. Unfortunately I am always needing to 'forget device' and re add it on the tube most mornings. It just refuses to connect otherwise. Very frustrating.

Big disapoinment !
Bought this a week ago. Had problems connecting BT from the beginning and now totally broken without anything that has happened to the device. Power does not go on, does not connect to any device any more. Comfortable to wear and ok sound for the two times used….

iPhone connection problems
Have owned this set for a few weeks. Very comfortable and they sound great. However the blue tooth connection with my iPhone 8plus leaves a lot to be desired. I end up having to “forget this device” on my iPhone Bluetooth settings and repair the earphones every time I want to use them it seems. They should automatically reconnect like most other Bluetooth devices once they are paired. Thinking about returning them.

Best BT buds for the price
I bought this online for the bargain price of $19.95, shipping and tax incld. I like everything about them except for 2 things.
1. I like my music sound deafening loud and these aren't quite loud enough.
2. The control buttons are difficult to get the hang of. There isn't enough of a feel difference to hit the right button.
Great little case and a collar clip guarantees that you won't loose it if a bud pops out.

Awesome Earbuds
I bought a pair last week and they have totally rocked. They have an AMAZING sound quality that I always expect from JBL products; great range from highs, mids, and lows; and they are very comfortable. They stay powered for the whole day even on full blast. They block outside noise out VERY well. They are overall great headphones. Another great product by JBL!

Audio sounds ok but terrible mic for phone calls
Terrible microphone for phone calls - which of course can be disabled but this is essentially less functionality than ordinary wired headphones provide. Seems it is also not possible in the android OS to use the phones microphone whilst using the Bluetooth earbuds for listening - so you quickly end up wishing you just bought more expensive headphones that worked properly. Pretty good sound though, plenty of bass.

Great sound quality, connectivity issues
Although these headphones sound great, here are my problems with them: The weight is not evenly distributed so if you're not clipped in, they fall out pretty easily. But that is secondary to sync issues that occur while watching Facebook videos. Audio and video are out of sync; which does not occur with my other bluetooth devices. I'm hoping JBL comes out with a firmware update to solve these issues.

Does not connect with Samsung Phone or verizon tab
I bought and received this time to day. I ave had it plugged into a charger with the usb orange cable. A small light ignites then disappears. I really cannot figure if it is charging, how long it takes to charge and whether is is fully charged. The documentation is useless in at 10 different languages. I have tried to connect it bu Bluetooth to my samsung S7 android phone and it does not find it. I have tried googling for support to no success. There isa support phone number and after spending 15 minutes in a que and speaking to someone reading a script , she had no capability of providing a solution. The description read greatly however there is no performance. I will try again in the morning and if it does not work, return it for a refund. JBL has a GREAT Reputation of quality and delivery however this is a real DUD. I cannot give any stars because i have not gotten it to work

Love These!
I just bought my second pair of these because I love them so much! I have one at work and one at home. The sound is great and the noise cancelling is perfect. They are lightweight and the shirt clip comes in handy when I'm doing any kind of vigorous movement. I highly recommend these earbuds to anyone! Just do not get bug spray on the clip or it will eat away at the color...learned that the hard way.

Dear support team, thank you for your awesome product. However, I have a small issue when 2 devices are connected to the headset. When I'm streaming music from my laptop and have incomming call, the voice is corrupted until I mute music.Firmware update?
This could mean that there was interference between the laptop BT signal and the phone, assuming that the phone call was made thru the smartphone and not using the laptop, if it was on the laptop using an application (skype, etc.) then this issue could be within the laptop itself, application might need to be updated or the driver/software of the laptop itself utilizing the BT connectivity. After the Win10 April update every time I shutdown the pc or enters in sleep mode the headphones cant connect properly. They are recognized and windows tries to connect, but the headphones shutdown completely. I have to remove the device and pair again.

Hello, last month i bought E25BT.last week during my run, it turned off automatically. then i tried to charge again and then it worked as per normal. Yesterday i used again for my run ,it went off again.Now not charging not turning on also.Pls help. :)

I bought these (E25BT) earlier today (6/30/2017) and let them charge for 2+ hours before first powering them on. It doesn't appear they've charged at all; no indicator light(s), no power or charge at all. What is wrong?
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the E25BT. The E25BT comes with a factory charge which can be used out of the box. There should be a constant light in the E25BT while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the LED status is off. Try powering ON the unit by pressing and holding the power button (middle button) until you see a blue light at the bottom part of the remote. Once you see the blue light blinking, it means that its on pairing mode. Try connecting your device with the E25BT. If you're still experiencing issues, please go back to the store where you purchased it from and they will be able to help. Frequently the E25BT loses signal with the player and freezes with the blue light ON. It does not power off or respond to any key. Only connecting it to a charger (and disconnect) it allows to be ON1. How can I reset it without the need of charge it?

My device is paired with my ipod. I just turned both on and all I keep getting is make sure that is is turned on and in range. They are sitting next to each other. How can I get them connected?
To be able to reconnect the headphones to your source, please do a BT reset on the unit by following these steps.
1. Press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the unit goes into pairing mode.
2. Once the unit is back in pairing mode, BT Reset is performed.
3. On the source device, go to its settings and under Bluetooth locate the headphones name "E25BT".
4. Tap on "i" to forget the device on the source device.
5. Toggle On/Off Bluetooth on the source device to re-scan available BT devices.
6. Re-establish BT connection between your source device and the headphones.

Is it compatible with Windows Phone? I have a Lumia 930 with Windows 10, and I'm afraid it will not work.
The E25BT is compatible with your Lumia 930, since your phone supports the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers which the E25BT has. In case they will not pair, you may do an isolation by pairing the headphones with other Bluetooth devices. If the E25BT pairs successfully with other devices, you might need to contact Nokia to check if there is an update needed on your phone's Bluetooth driver. Hi. My E25BT 's LED light is persistently white since this morning without charging. I tried many times to reset it by pushing and holding the middle button but it is still the same, no blue light blinking.. Bought it two months ago.. never happen before.

hi, i don't know why i can´t connect my i phone with the headphones. I started using it with my phone and it worked perfectly but since i paired it with my mac book air it stoppted working.
Once you turn on the headphones, it will look for the device it was previously connected with, which was your laptop. To be able to reconnect the headphones to your phone you have to do a BT Reset on the unit, to do so please follow the steps.

3. On the smart phone, go to it settings and under bluetooth locate the headphones name "E25BT".
4. Tap on "i" to forget the device on the smart phone.
5. Toggle On/Off bluetooth on the smart phone to re-scan available BT devices.
6. Re-establish BT connection between your smart phone and the headphones.
