Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Headphones! I had all kind of Bluetooth headsets, Those headphones sound quality are the best! The only thing that make it less is the battery, The battery run out too fast.. Another problem is the neckband was too wide and the headphones fall off my neck, I fix that with heat gun, I heat the neckband and curve it and now it fit perfectly.

The JBL Everest Elite 100 headphones have outlasted all of them. Yeah, they are a little pricey, but I think back on how much I've spent on less expensive brands and how long they lasted. These are well worth the few extra dollars and then some.

I've had JBL speakers as stock speakers in my past vehicles, therefore I knew that I would throughly enjoy anything that I purchased from JBL.

how can i pair my macbook pro to my jbl everest elite 100? it works with my cellphone (samsung) but not in my apple macbook pro.

To pair your EVEREST 100 with your Mac, you need to press and hold the middle button while the unit is on, until the you see a blinking blue light, indicating it is already in pairing mode. Make sure your MAC is Bluetooth ready and in search mode and it should recognize the headphones within a few seconds. As long as your Mac is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the EVEREST 100 should work without any issue. If this doesn't help, clear the audio preference cache on your Mac Book Pro and you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from Apple support website.

I read where you should get six hours of charge via the bluetooth. I use my headphones for my phone only connected to bluetooth and they are losing charge very quickly with very little talking. What's using up the battery so quickly?

Since S400BT is using Lithium-ion Polymer battery, you can charge it whenever you want but you should not let the battery fully discharge. Lithium batteries do best if kept above 20 -30%. You can use any generic micro USB cable to charge the S400BT. Charging time will actually vary on the amperes of the USB port or adapter. The higher the amperes the faster the charging will be.

Yes. To Pause/Play audio when using the EVEREST ELITE 100, you simply need to press the Multi-function Button (MFB) located on the left arm of the EVEREST ELITE 100. This button is labeled with an &quot;M&quot;. A single press of this button pauses/plays audio. Twice skips to the next track and thrice goes back to the previous track.

Why does the unit turn off without touching anything?

Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. What you are experiencing is not normal. In order to ensure that the issue is caused by a defect in the&nbsp;EVEREST&nbsp;ELITE&nbsp;100, try using a different USB charging cable at an alternate&nbsp;power&nbsp;source. It may also be due to the Auto-off feature of the EVEREST ELITE 100, which automatically turns to standby when it does not receive any audio signal for 10 minutes.

There is a sound latency while watching movie with this. Please tell me how to solve this problem.

New software has been released for the EVEREST ELITE 100. This update improves the lip-sync issue that has been reported. To update the EVEREST ELITE 100&rsquo;s firmware, please go to the Headphones tab at this page and click on the &quot;JBL EVEREST ELITE SERIES&quot;. Click on Support then scroll down and select your product, EVEREST ELITE 100. Click on the Software Updates and you will be provided a download link for the HID Software Update tool that can be installed on a Windows computer. A .pdf file with instructions on how to update will be provided with the download.
