Bought these earbuds at WalMart for 40 bucks and they don't work well. Sometimes I get sound from my phone, sometimes not; sometimes I hear sound from equipment with ear plug access and sometimes not, so frustrating.

Love the sound from these headphones, but how do I stop the noise from the cord moving?

Asked by: Lorris
You can try wrapping the cord over your ears. Instead of letting the cord dangle straight down, turn your in-ear headphones up and wrap the cord over and behind your ears. You can also use a small clip to secure the headphones to your shirt and will secure the headphones better and the noise should subside.

There's a small plastic packaging for the E10 and a larger cardboard package.Does the latter one the only one having that carrying leather case while the former already is in a plastic carrying case? And which countries do receive the smaller plastic one?

Asked by: Reda
Thus far I have purchased two of this same product. (Two pair of headphones/Two headphone sets) - I purchased one online, and I purchased the other from Walmart. The set I purchased online came with the larger box and the leather case. The set I purchased from Walmart had a smaller box and the small plastic pouch that's made to look like leather.

When I am in the midst of a phone call (iPhone 6s), if I press the silver button, the call is ended. How do you use that silver button to regulate volume?

Asked by: PatrickJ
The one-button remote on the E10 is meant to answer or end a phone call or play & pause tracks when listening to music. Remapping the function of the button is not possible with the earphones itself.

Just bought the E10 phones. What is the inline button on the cable for? When I press it, seems to increase bass response, like it's a Loudness control, but need to keep it physically pressed to get the sound effect. Please can you explain.

Asked by: legin
Hi. The button is a remote control which can be used for pause/play or pick up phone/put down phone. Please note that this type of headphone is made for use with smartphones. The remote functions are what makes 4 poles on the 3.5mm jack plug necessary. If you use it with hifi sources, or any other source that uses a 3-pole output socket, the 4-pole plug on the headphone will give you trouble. This is because the extra pole will make a short with the ground connection in the source. There are converter cables on the market that can be used to change the 3-pole output to be come compatible with a 4-pole headphone. We do not carry those, but cable manufacturers make them. Also, some Nokia, Sony and other phones use a different sequence of poles in the socket, making it impossible to use JBL headphones. These telephones must be used with special headphones, specified by the telephone manufacturer. We hope this helps.
