The excellent design of these headphones solves both problems, and they also pair easily and sound great. My only regret is not buying a second pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

My JBL Synchros reflect stopped working. No blue light during charge. I tried a different charger cable, but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue. Of course, I no longer have the receipt nor the original packaging so I guess I spent more money on something not worth the price.

My ear buds are fully charged and they won't turn on

Yes, this was my first pair, they will only start to work for 5mins, then won't charge, and the red light will stay on.

Just bought the reflect headphones and songs are lagging sounds like it's skipping. How do I fix this?

There are a few reasons why ,There are delays or skipping concerns on your earphones. 1.Ensure that the device that you’re connected to has a Bluetooth version of 3.5 and above 2.If you’re using an online music streaming app. It may cause some lags or delays. As online music streaming is signal based. This lag may also occur even without using the earphones. 3.If the lagging happens while you’re jogging or walking it ma 4.Lastly if you’re not using an online music streaming app this could be a concern on the music file itself. Try not using the earphones and play the audio to check if the issue persist.

I have charged my headphones and now they wont switch back on. What should I do?

I had the same problem and its easy to fix sometimes try a diffrent cable to charge and I tried not putting the charger all the way in (like 3/4 in and it charges with no problem) Before I didnt figure this out I thought they were broken for two weeks but its good noe.  great product

How do they turn on ? How long do they have to be charge for to work ?

The power button is located in the center of the inline microphone. It typically takes 1 hour to charge the unit in order to get the full 5 hours of battery life.
