Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why wouldn't you want one of these!! JBL has always been my go to for all sound products. With the T450BT it's seems these people are in a whole different league in providing good sound quality. I have had these headphones for two months now and all is good. Sound quality is great especially the bass so is the battery life. I had it tested and it lasted an amazing 11hr 30min at full volume non stop. Coming to the price of these headphones, I would say it's great value for your money. If you are looking forward to enjoying good sound quality, then don't look any further and get one of the best bands on the market.

Hi I left my one on charge over night and now i can't do anything on it but the led is still glowing

Asked by: Grady
I bought this product two days ago, left it charging over night just like you and the same thing happened to me too. Instead of waiting for it to run out of juice, I held my finger down on power button until white light extinguishes. Then started it again just as normal. You might wanna give it a try.

So they connect to a laptop or computer?

Asked by: Willu
Hi, Yes, you will be able to pair the JBL T450BT with a PC or Laptop, if either has a Bluetooth transmitter built-in, and if that supports the Bluetooth protocols A2DP and AVRCP. Make sure you have the correct drivers installed for the Bluetooth hardware in your Laptop or PC. If you're not sure about the Bluetooth capabilities of your PC/Laptop, please consult the manufacturers website, or contact their support department for assistance. Hi. I have these paired to my iPhone . They seem really loud even though the iPhone volume is only on the second dash. The headphones volume is only pushed twice too. Is there a way the volume can be reduced a little?

Asked by: Paulo66
I'll second that. Same problem here, for good ears they're too loud. I think the problem is that these headphones have no volume control by themselves (like other bt headsets do). They're bt source volume dependend. I've already contacted support and got a reply that there's nothing they can do about it. I'll be returning them.  The sound is good, clear enough, but the headphones are just too loud, too much bass.  If you have good ears, beware.

Hi. great work this headset is awesome. I got only a little problem with it working in my office. there is some kind of noise and short burst disconnects happening in that area. the other question is does it support Apt-X? Thanks

Asked by: Alish
If your headphone is paired with your phone or tablet, please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in them, this may block or overtax its processor. Dropouts may result. Try to close all or most active apps. This should solve the problem. Also, Bluetooth signals from smartphones and tablets are not very strong. Make sure that the signal does not have to pass through doors, walls etc. Always maintain a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver. Under normal circumstances, you can expect a range of 10 meters with no problems, if you follow these advice. Wi-fi also has some effects on Bluetooth connection if the signal fluctuates so you may try turning it off and observe if you will still experience audio dropouts. The JBL T450BT does not support Apt-X. I noticed that you are in Switzerland. If the issue persists, you may contact your local JBL Customer Support and a representative will be glad to assist you.

we have a very difficult time switching paired devices. also these headphones 'take over' or 'hijack' other pairings. our basic setup is one laptop, one mobile phone, 1 jbl blue tooth speaker, 1 jbl T450BT headset, 2 kids, 1 mom and lots of need to switch

Asked by: urilux
Hi. We are sorry that you are having issues with the headphones. This does not sound like a defect, but could have something to do with the way the automatic pairing process works. We have an FAQ on the T450BT web page, which could give the answer. Question: How is the T450BT placed in Bluetooth pairing mode? Answer: Since T450BT has no Bluetooth button, pairing mode is automatic. First time it is switched on, it goes into pairing mode at once, shown by the blue LED blinking. After first pairing, if the last used source is not ON when the T450BT is switched on, it will wait about 10 seconds with the LED showing white light, then it will switch to pairing mode, with the LED turning blue, and blinking. Perhaps, with this automatic process in mind, you can avoid the problems.
