Introducing the JBL Flip portable wireless stereo speaker system. Ready to play wherever you go, it’s compact and portable, but don’t let its small size fool you. With two 1-5/8-inch (40-millimeter) drivers, a built-in bass port to produce serious bass and digital signal processing (DSP) to generate room-filling audio, it delivers full-range JBL® sound with exceptional bass. In addition, this blend of power and portability has Bluetooth® capability, so it can connect wirelessly to any Bluetooth-equipped device – which means that it is an ideal wireless speaker for smartphones and tablets. This system also offers up to 5 hours of playback time from its built-in Li-ion (lithium-ion) rechargeable battery, with an LED indicator that tells you when to recharge – and when the speaker’s in Bluetooth listening or pairing mode. Through this speaker, which includes a microphone and call-answer button, you can even answer phone calls. With performance that comparably priced products can’t match, the JBL Flip is the ultimate wireless, portable stereo speaker for any environment.

Hi. Is there a plug in for non-bluetooth devices?

Yes, there is an Aux port for 3.5mm Aux cable that you can use to plug in a non-Bluetooth device.

My jbl speaker light is solid blue while charger hooked up.after hours of charging I unplug and no light comes on. Whats wrong? Is there a way to see if it is fully charged?

I also forgot to mention that the FLIP uses a 12V AC DC adapter. It can be purchased at any local electronics store.

I've upgraded my iPhone from 6plus to 7plus and it won't connect via Bluetooth. Can you help?

Make sure that the FLIP is on pairing mode. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. The power button will flash Blue/Red indicating that it is on pairing mode. Turn the Bluetooth of your device and look for the FLIP on your Bluetooth’s pairing list. If that still does not work, please reset your FLIP. In power ON mode, press and hold the "Volume -" and "Power On/Off" buttons simultaneously for at least 6 seconds. The unit powers OFF by itself. Now the unit is reset. Try to pair your device to the speaker after resetting

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the FLIP. If the unit is turning ON, there may be a problem with the charger. If you have a similar charger that you can use, please try to use it so that we can isolate the issue. I noticed that you are in Australia. Microphone doesn't work when i connect to skype business.

Please go to the setting on Skype and set the FLIP 3 as the device to use from the Microphone, Speakers, and Ringing drop-down lists. If this doesn't help, make sure you are using the latest version of Skype and you will need to ensure that the Bluetooth software and drivers on your PC are up to date.
