Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Product Although I understand they don't make this item any longer, it's a shame. After I bought the first one, I was so impressed I bought another one to use out on my patio. Great, great little speaker with good sounds! Price was good too through Amazon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice The On Beat Micro arrived yesterday. It took about 5 minutes to unpack, put in the batteries and get the unit working. My wife uses her iPhone 5 all the time to listen to music and radio stations. The sound coming out of this relatively small package is outstanding even on battery power. And when on AC power the device charges the phone which she likes very much. If you use a case with your phone you'll most likely have to use a cable to connect to the USB port but that is really not a hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Solution Got this @bestbuy and wanted to send out a note, very nice product that works fine. The battery life is decent and sound is good for the price. It's for sure a travel piece or office answer to my new iphone but really simple and easy. Just wish it didn't take me 20 minutes to find it n this site. Will be sure to bring with me to my brothers kiddushin in a couple weeks. I just bought the mini pad as well and that does not work for this device will just use the cord that came with it.

I use the JBL OnBeat Micro for sleep sounds at night. It shuts off after about 10 minutes even though there is sound playing. The app is still working and works well on it's own, but there is clearly an issue with speaker dock. Anyway around this?

Asked by: Ashley126784657986
Hello, Thank you for the inquiry. Please turn up the volume of the device (iphone or ipod) app when docked and adjust to preferred level using the OnBeat Micro's volume buttons. Verify connections are secure and test. If this unit was manufactured prior to 1/31/2013 there maybe a software update available. Please contact our support center at 1-800-336-4525 for assistance. Best Regards.

Can this item dock an Ipad Mini 2? Thanks!

Asked by: Weesie66
Unfortunately the ONBEAT MICRO would not be compatible with the Ipad Mini 2 . It will only work with iPods using the 30-pin connector, NOT the Lightning connector.

I have the JBL Onbeat Micro. It used to work with my iPhone 6, but now the iPhone shows "This accessory does not work with this iPhone" when I plug it in. The iPhone will still charge, but the speakers and volume control no longer operate.
