Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them Use these everyday as a college student. They are fantastic for the gym, then my commute (on foot), and then just walking between classes. They usually die about halfway through the day and I have to transition back to conventional JBL corded ear buds. I have J56BT as well, and I like those much better for working at my desk at home, but the J46BT are awesome for commuting and don't look silly in public. I purchased these refurbished I think that is makes a big difference in my opinion and I feel like that should be noted as well. Definitely awesome for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound and fit no problem I bought my first set over a year ago and the only problem was they don't hold the charge as long as some others. Not really a problem, they were purchased with that understanding. They stayed in my ears fine but to help, I found the Harman Kardon IENC Freebit wings fit perfectly on these and they are as secure as the JBL Reflect earbuds. So happy with these, I got another before they sold out. Thanks JBL!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent headphones for the price point I do not understand the low ratings for these headphones. They are easy to use and pair quickly with your device. The sound quality - lows, mids, and highs are excellent provided a good seal with the ear. Good bluetooth range, battery life, and comfort. They do not fall out of my ears and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation especially with a price point so far below competitors of similar quality.

Same issue as 2 other users, can't charge the device. Tried to use the USB cord on the computer and then used a cube and plugged into a wall outlet, and it still won't charge. &nbsp;Very frustrating, ready to return them to the store.&nbsp;

hold the + button down, after a few seconds it will blink red and blue and the red led will remain on, chrging.

My headphones not turning on also not taking charging Pls help

The battery on the J46 BT may not be working properly. If the earphones is within a year from purchase, Please submit an email case to www.jbl.com/contactus and our customer support team would be able to assist with the warranty of the speaker.

Same problem as everyone else on here - indicator turns on for 2 seconds when plugged in to charge, then turns off. Device doesn't charge and won't turn on.

Plug the usb connector into your computer then hold down on the + button for a few seconds. &nbsp;It should stay on solid red. which means it's charging. &nbsp;

How do you charge it? I connected the device via USB to my computer and the red light in the device turned off after 1-4 sec... i guess something is wrong becuse i can't turn on the product...&nbsp; When charging the red light shuld be on continuasly?

Mine are doing the same thing. I know where the clamp goes to charge it. The red light only comes on for a few seconds then goes out.

Will these earbuds pair with an ipad mini? &nbsp;Was able to pair with my samsung phone and a microsoft surface. &nbsp;No luck with the ipad. &nbsp;Is there youtube video demonstrating this? &nbsp;It would be super helpful to see the sequence of pressing the power button etc

Please try to forget the device on both the Samsung and Microsoft surface and press and hold the power/bluetooth button for an extended period of time while your iPad Mini is in search mode. I am having the same problem. I try to charge, the red light comes on for a few seconds. It will not pare with computer bluetooth or iPhone 5. Ready to send back for refund.

Hi! Can I connect J46BT to laptop? And I have &nbsp;an issue with your product: when pairing with LG G3, no one can hear me. I tryed with other phones - works perfect

Please make sure that both the headphones and laptop are in search mode when trying to connect to your Bluetooth.
