Despite the fact that I am located in Colombia (South America), the Territory Manager contacted me and gave me the fastest solution. In a matter of hours I got a replacement unit. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around Blue Tooth headphones I've had these for about a month now and I don't know why I put up with corded headphones for so long. They are water resistant, and have a highly reflective cord for running. The ear pieces fit very comfortably and don't fall out. The build quality is great without being overly heavy and the sound/bass is great. They're a great value as the closest spec BT headphone is about $150. The $150 BT headphone only has more battery life roughly 8hrs to the JBL's 5hrs, I would highly recommend these to people who run alot, or just need a sweat resistant BT headphone that wont cost more than $100.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product!!! Reading other reviews with lower rating I doubt a bit about choose this product. Finally I get one set and really are amazing. I hope that have a long life in the future, but in the recently uses is amazing. Also I use for calls at work and work perfectly. Maybe for future versions I prefer something that have a bit more bass that this model, but I know that this is more difficult in a smallest and lightweigth setup like this and add a function to skip to the next track. Thanks JBL!

This is my second pair of Synchros Reflect BT headphones. The first set lasted about a year before they would no longer charge. JBL graciously replaced at no cost. However, this pair which I only have had for a few months will not charge at all.

We always recommend testing the micro USB charging cable on multiple devices to make sure that it is not the headphones that are defective, but rather the charger that is faulty. My JBL reflect but are fully charged but won't turn on now. What can i do now

It helps to have the headphones on in order to hear the audible voice stating it's powering on. Try again with a long, firm press on the power button for 3 seconds. I noticed that you are in Uganda. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

"Whenever I plug my headphones in to charge, the blue light comes on, although I cannot turn them on after taking it off the charger. What do I do?", but I did as the response says, I did insert the micro USB in completely, but blue light is still lit.

Your unit is behaving rather unusual, if your unit is still under the 1 yea manufacturers warranty I highly suggest that you submit a case to and our customer support team would be able to assist you with replacing your unit.
