Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

I have a pair of the Synchros Reflect BT ear buds. I am having a problem with battery use time. I was at one point getting 10-15 hours of playtime. I now am only getting maybe 30-45 minutes. I love them and can they be sent somewhere for repair?

What you are experiencing with your REFLECT BT is not normal. To determine where the problem is, try using a different charging cable and an alternate power source. If this doesn't help please submit a case at www.jbl.com/contactus and they will be glad to assist you.

Recently purchased, particularly to help with sleep. Is there a way to disable the perpetual flashing LED from the right ear bud? I'd hate to think the only way to stop this is to use a small piece of duct tape.

Unfortunately, there is no way to turn off the blinking LED on the REFLECT BT while it is in operation.

Can I swim  with these ?? I just bought them and I don't know own their water proof limit

No. Even if the REFLECT BT is sweat-proof, extended exposure to water, specially the remote, may harm the unit.

I have used these twice and they will not take a charge. Have tried diff cables, power sources, etc. and still no luck.

I got my JBL Reflect BT since a month and a half and now, When I try to connect to any of my device (Ipad Mini or Samsung S5), I got a bip sound (continuous one) after a few minutes of playing musics (Headphone charged) Not able to raise or lower sounds

What you are experiencing with the REFLECT BT is not normal. The beeping sound should only be present when the earphones is running on low battery. To try and resolve the issue, please drain the battery out of the REFLECT BT, leave it to charge to full and try it again.
