Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I have had them for a week now. The sound is excellent. They fit well. The battery has lasted well over 5 hour per charge. Time will tell as far as durability. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

I don't hear anything on the left ear bud. I tried using different phones to make sure the problem isn't with the wireless headphones, but I guess it is.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your SYCHROS REFLECT BT. In order to know where the trouble is coming from, you may try checking each enhancers and drivers and see if there are any obstacles blocking it. If this cannot be prevented, I noticed that you are located in United Kingdom. Please contact the store where it was purchased and they will be able to help you.

my new headphones won't turn on nor the led turns on when i try to charge them for the first time. is there some operation i need to do on the firt use?

To turn on & off the REFLECT BT, press and hold the center power button that is located in between the Volume+ and Volume- buttons. I noticed that you are in Italy. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the store where you purchased the item and they will be able to assist you.

I have a major question about connectivity. Recently they have been cutting here and there while just a few days ago it wouldnt do so, it has rained and been a bit cloudy so i was wondering if it can be a factor on how it connects to my device?

What you are experiencing with your REFLECT BT is not normal. Let the battery be completely drained, then charge it. During this time, reset the source device, forget the REFLECT BT and try to pair it again. If the steps provided did not resolve the issue, please submit a case to www.jbl.com/support-product.html and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you.

I bought mine a year ago, it was working perfectly, but now I couldn't switch it back on. I've tried to charge it, and the blue indicator still lit up. Please help on how i could switch this back on.

If the blue indicator is lit up, it means that there is no device connected to it. Press and hold the power button for about 2-3 seconds. The light indicator should flash red and blue, meaning the REFLECT BT is ready to pair. Pair your device to the REFLECT BT.

I have had my jbl reflect bt for nearly a year and the battery is starting to discharge quicker even when they are fully charged, is there a way to fix this?

If the REFLECT BT is used when fully charged, it should last up to 5 hours, varies by volume level and audio content. Extended playing of audio at a maximum volume level will drain the battery faster. I noticed that you are in Australia. Had these for a week and they have been great til today, the light is solid blue and has been for hours now. But they arent connected to my phone, or anything else. Nor can I switch them off. Any ideas? Is there a was to hard reset??

I have my reflect BT for more than one year and I used it with my oneplus x phone. Now, the volume is very low and the volume buttons not response. I try to use it with other phone and it ok. What can be the new problem with my oneplus x phone?
