Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

Despite the fact that I am located in Colombia (South America), the Territory Manager contacted me and gave me the fastest solution. In a matter of hours I got a replacement unit. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around Blue Tooth headphones I've had these for about a month now and I don't know why I put up with corded headphones for so long. They are water resistant, and have a highly reflective cord for running. The ear pieces fit very comfortably and don't fall out. The build quality is great without being overly heavy and the sound/bass is great. They're a great value as the closest spec BT headphone is about $150. The $150 BT headphone only has more battery life roughly 8hrs to the JBL's 5hrs, I would highly recommend these to people who run alot, or just need a sweat resistant BT headphone that wont cost more than $100.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product!!! Reading other reviews with lower rating I doubt a bit about choose this product. Finally I get one set and really are amazing. I hope that have a long life in the future, but in the recently uses is amazing. Also I use for calls at work and work perfectly. Maybe for future versions I prefer something that have a bit more bass that this model, but I know that this is more difficult in a smallest and lightweigth setup like this and add a function to skip to the next track. Thanks JBL!

I have charged my earbuds for 2 straight days and when I go to use them, the battery dies within 5 minutes of listening. I tried using a JBL charger that came with the product and that still didn't make a difference. Not sure if it is my product or cable

The most distinctive difference between the two is that the REFLECT MINI BT is designed for smaller ears. Other than that, both have same specifications.

My ear buds do not turn on. Pressing the power button and nothing

It helps to have the SYNCHROS REFLECT BT on in order to hear the audible voice stating it's powering on. Try again with a long, firm press on the power button for 3 seconds. If this doesn't help, try using a different USB charging cable and plug it in directly on a working power outlet using any wall adapter. If the issue persists, it may have developed a fault. If this is the case, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

where can i find a driver software for this product: Synchros Reflect BT

The REFLECT MINI BT does not need any special drivers or settings toggled to get connected to computers/laptops or any Bluetooth enabled devices. If ever the device asks for drivers, please perform the following: For Windows Operating Systems, you just need to update the Bluetooth Hardware of the computer/laptop. ** Go to Control Panel ** Go to Hardware and Sound ** Under Devices and Printers select Device manager ** In Device Manager select Network/Bluetooth Adapters ** Once there Update the Drivers For Mac OS, you would just need to update your operating system to the latest version.

Just bought the reflect headphones and songs are lagging sounds like it's skipping. How do I fix this?

There are a few reasons why ,There are delays or skipping concerns on your earphones. 1.Ensure that the device that you’re connected to has a Bluetooth version of 3.5 and above 2.If you’re using an online music streaming app. It may cause some lags or delays. As online music streaming is signal based. This lag may also occur even without using the earphones. 3.If the lagging happens while you’re jogging or walking you may need to have the earphones' Bluetooth to be aligned to where your source is. 4.Lastly if you’re not using an online music streaming app this could be a concern on the music file itself. Try not using the earphones and play the audio to check if the issue persist.

Please check the settings in your source device and ensure that the balance (left to right) is set in the center. This will likely fix the issue. I noticed you are in Saudi Arabia. If this doesn't help, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

Have used these many times since my purchase back in April without any problems. After my run today I plugged them up to charge now there is a constant static in the left earbud and will not connect to my phone.
