Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

Does these jbl's have a track rewind for iOS 10/ iPhone 7 plus

Yes. The REFLECT BT provides you track control using the in-line remote. Skip one track ahead with two button presses of the Play/Pause button, skip one track ahead and place on pause in next track with three presses, skip two tracks with four presses. No skip back is possible. Please note that this feature is not mentioned in the owner's manual, and may not work with all phones.

My headphones are around 18 months old and stopped powering on. The red light is on when charging, but are dead shortly after. Had this problem when i first bought them, and the store guy had a simple fix. Any thoughts?

What you are experiencing is not normal. It does sound like your REFLECT BT is not holding charge and has developed a fault. For assistance, please contact the store that you purchased the unit from and they should be able to assist you, or at least guide you to those who can.

Can these be password protected?  How do I know if someone else is connected?

No; there is no way to secure the Bluetooth connection on the REFLECT BT. Once a device is connected to the REFLECT BT, no one else can connect to it unless the earphones are placed on pairing mode.

Hello. I own and love these, but I've had a big problem recently. The microphone has stopped working on calls. It works for everything else, voice memos, voice search, text dictation... I connected them to a different phone too and got the same result.

We are sorry to hear about the issues that you are having with the REFLECT BT. To try and resolve the issue, use the REFLECT BT up until the battery is flatted-out. After doing so, charge the unit to full and retry. If the microphone is still not working, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

About 20 minutes into my run I get a loud, constant beeping in my headphones, with the music continuing to play as well. the headphones are fully charged. is it possible that sweat/moisture is to blame?
