Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

When charging should the red light be blinking?

No. When the REFLECT BT is charging, it will only display a solid red light.

I've seen answers about the headphones cutting in and out with phones and iPods, but has anyone experienced this while paired with a MacBook Pro?

While there are no known issues about connection with a MacBook, it is completely possible. Normally, the REFLECT BT cutting in and out is caused by interference which most commonly, on laptops, is its WiFi. Other possible causes are other wireless devices nearby. Also, please consider the distance between the MacBook Pro and the REFLECT BT. Maximum range without interferences is @ 10 meters (about 33 ft.), on a typical home set-up, this distance will reduce significantly.

Are these headphones compatible with the PS4?

The PS4 does not support A2DP or any audio streaming Bluetooth profiles. So no, the REFLECT BT will not work with the PS4.

For some reason, the ear tips on my Reflect BT do not stay put and they keep falling off. Due to this, I lost the right ear tip. Are the ear tips usually this loose or is it just mine? Also, do you guys sell extra ear tips?

No, this is not normal, it might be possible that the one you are using was just stretched out, causing it to fall off. What does blue light mean when charging? Reason is i hadn't charge them all weekend and as soon as i put them on charger blue light comes on. Charged them all night, then in morning took them off and tried to turn them on and nothing.

A blue light indicator on the REFLECT BT means that the unit is turned on and is connected to a device. Normally, the REFLECT BT should display a red light when charging. Please submit a case at JBL.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

Just bought these last night, plugged them in to charge overnight, got up today and ... nothing. WILL NOT pair with my iPhone 6plus.

Normally, when a REFLECT BT is brand new and turned on for the first time, the earphones should automatically go to pairing mode. This is indicated by a flashing red and blue on the light indicator. If you are not getting such, please try to manually place the REFLECT BT in pairing mode. To do this, while the REFLECT BT is on, press and hold the Bluetooth button for >2.5 seconds and you should get the lights described above. Check back in your phone and you should now see the REFLECT BT on the Bluetooth device’s list. Retry and connect. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

I have a pair of the Synchros Reflect BT ear buds. I am having a problem with battery use time. I was at one point getting 10-15 hours of playtime. I now am only getting maybe 30-45 minutes. I love them and can they be sent somewhere for repair?

What you are experiencing with your REFLECT BT is not normal. To determine where the problem is, try using a different charging cable and an alternate power source. If this doesn't help please submit a case at www.jbl.com/contactus and they will be glad to assist you.
