Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all around Blue Tooth headphones I've had these for about a month now and I don't know why I put up with corded headphones for so long. They are water resistant, and have a highly reflective cord for running. The ear pieces fit very comfortably and don't fall out. The build quality is great without being overly heavy and the sound/bass is great. They're a great value as the closest spec BT headphone is about $150. The $150 BT headphone only has more battery life roughly 8hrs to the JBL's 5hrs, I would highly recommend these to people who run alot, or just need a sweat resistant BT headphone that wont cost more than $100.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product!!! Reading other reviews with lower rating I doubt a bit about choose this product. Finally I get one set and really are amazing. I hope that have a long life in the future, but in the recently uses is amazing. Also I use for calls at work and work perfectly. Maybe for future versions I prefer something that have a bit more bass that this model, but I know that this is more difficult in a smallest and lightweigth setup like this and add a function to skip to the next track. Thanks JBL!

Can I connect my jbl Bluetooth headphones to my windows 10 desktop?

The headphones can be connected to any Bluetooth enabled device, with that said, your computer should be capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth(A2DP Protocol). If your computer does not have that feature, you will still be able to connect the headphones but no audio will be heard. Make sure that the Bluetooth drivers of your computer are up to date for the headphones to work with your computer.

My headphones keep beeping while playing music, the beeping tone stops when I press a button but then starts again and the volume controls don't seem to work.  Anything I can try to correct this?  Can you reset this device?

What you are experiencing is not normal. To reset it, just power it off and power it back on after 10 seconds. If this doesn't help, please submit a request at and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

When I connect it to my iphone, the mic volume is too low. Is there a way to max it? Not the volume, I can hear properly but the other party can hardly hear me.

Unfortunately, there is no way to increase the maximum mic volume. For best microphone performance, we recommend running the cord under the chin. When it is ran behind the neck, it makes it difficult for your voice to carry over to the microphone which can cause you to sound far away. If you are still having issues with the microphone after the cord is run under your chin, please contact your local JBL Customer Service for technical support.

I can't connect the Synchros Reflect BT to my windows PC. It doesn't show up in my windows Bluetooth search. Any solution for this?
