Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for the price!! I have large ear openings and headphones always fall out. I happened to see these at Target and decided to give them a shot. The sound is decent, they are not $200 earphones, but there is a little bass, not all treble. Best of all they stay put, I don't mess with them at all during my hiit, cardio and weight training. I think you have to have a certain type of ear for these to work, and I guess mine are just right!!! Love them!!!! I don't think these are good for small ears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing headphones for $50...just plain amazing 9/10 - Overall Rating 8.8/10 - Sound Quality 11/10 - In Ear Fit and Staying in Place (Unbelievable!) 10/10 - Overall Product Weight and Ergonomics (They're light and feel well built) I'm a bit of an audophile and always have been so I was a little nervous about spending only $50 on a pair of headphones but MAN was I wrong, amazing deal, I'd buy these again without a doubt. I don't ever leave reviews but since these have no reviews on JBL's site I had to let people know. Absolutely amazing headphones for $50, I have never ever heard a pair of headphones that sound this good for this price point. I have small ears and have ALWAYS had a problem finding headphones that stay in my ears even with light activity such as casual walking, I'm always readjusting other earphones because as soon as they slip a little all of the sound quality vanishes and I have to put them back in my ears. When I saw these were made for people with smaller ears I had to give them a shot. Bluetooth works flawlessly so far, easy pairing. Sound quality is a 8.8/10. They aren't $200 headphones so no, they aren't a 10/10 on sound quality but the sound is round and extremely solid, like one expects from JBL products. I've always loved JBL but occasionally I buy a product of theirs I don't love for some reason OTHER than sound quality and that's not the case with these. These sound is great, good bass, good mids and good highs but don't expect the sound quality to blow you away, it's great sound, but not amazing. I would have been totally happy paying $80 for these, no doubt about it. Unfortunately this genius design (Twist & Lock or whatever they call it) for keeping your earphones in place isn't available on a "higher quality" earphone set that JBL offers so I was willing to buy the less expensive ones. I'm a big proponent of spending the money the first time when you buy something like this and was expecting to spend roughly $125 - $175 for a great pair that would last me a number of years but I could not be happier. PLUS they're only $50 bucks so I won't be upset if I ruin them somehow, win win! Buy these headphones, I promise you'll be happy with them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just ok I have small ears, and they seem to fit ok, where normally in ears wouldn't fit. But, for ones that do seal, they have very little clarity, and highs are muffled. Doesn't match the mids and lows. The bass is clear and decent for wireless. Maybe highs will improve after break in, we'll see, but don't expect to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I had these wireless headphones for less than a month. First, the ear bud is huge and makes a suction cup noise as soon as you start sweating. Fine I can live with that. But for them to stop connecting to my iPhone Bluetooth is ridiculous. I tried EVERYTHING. I even considered going into an Apple Store because I believed my iPhone was the problem. I realized this was not the case when I was able to connect to EVERYTHING ELSE. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I was disappointed by the yurbuds headphones. But I can guarantee it'll be my last.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped Working after a week I bought the inspire 500 from the beginning once i opened the box the headphones felt cheap plastic material the earbuds are huge once in your ear it creates a sucktion pop where you hear the plastic inside the earbud after about 4 days of use the left side stopped working I would not recommend this headphones to anyone I was able to get a replacement since I couldnt get a refund but i will probably give them away since I dont want them at all. I have the JBL reflect wireless and those headphones are worth 100%

The headphones are working great. But they don't connect to my pc. My pc has bluetooth. Is it possible to connect them? And how is it possible?

Asked by: klinkel
Certainly. As long as your computer is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the INSPIRE 500 should work without any issue.

Will the size 4 women's series enhancers fit on these? I would much rather have black than the baby blue, but my ears are the size 4. Thanks in Advance!

Asked by: TwistOfTaylor
No, size 4 women’s series enhancers will not fit on INSPIRE 500 black. It is especially made for Men and the smallest size that will fit is size 5 men’s enhancers. I highly recommend REFLECT MINI BT & REFLECT CONTOUR instead, as it comes with black color, lightest Bluetooth Sport Earphones and would fit smaller ears such as yours.

Are these compatible with Apple Watch series 2? I try pairing them and the light blinks fast but the watch will say to make sure the headphones are in range and on. They connect to my phone, but not my watch

Asked by: Noah9865
The INSPIRE 500 should be able to connect with the Apple Watch 2. Use these steps to pair: 1. Put your INSPIRE 500 in pairing mode by pressing the power and volume up button for 3 seconds while it is on. The light indicator should start blinking blue quickly. 2. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Your Apple Watch will search for nearby Bluetooth accessories. 3. Choose the INSPIRE 500 and it should connect. The INSPIRE 500 is compatible with the Apple Watch 2. Many users encountering Bluetooth connectivity issues with headphones find that resetting the watch and retrying the connection resolves the issue. Please try this out. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service Team will be glad to assist you.

Hej! Inspire 500. Great earphones regarding sound, battery and comfort. However, when used in telephone conversation I am barely hearable. Is this a problem you are aware of or something is wrong with the earphones I got? Kind regards, /Mats

Asked by: MatsTheSweed
Make sure that you are speaking directly in the microphone. The microphone of the INSPIRE 500 is strategically located at the remote control near the right earbud.

Where is the Bluetooth signal picked up on the headphones? Is it through the box where the battery is or next to the ear buds?

Asked by: Jen1
The signal processor is found in the “dongle” on the back. It is not in micro USB charger, nor in with the earbud.

Is there a clip on the battery, so a person could clip it to the collar of a shirt? That way the heavy part isn't flopping on a person's neck or back during movement.

Asked by: Nesnah
No, the battery of the INSPIRE 500 does not have a clip built with the battery but does have a one that clips on to the cable that you can use for the same purpose. The clip, which is on the wire, can be removed/maneuvered. You can align the clip to hang closer to the battery, if that helps.
