JBL EVEREST™ ELITE 750NC is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from  There is one disappointment I have when I buy three had all the headphones are usually get and additional cable longer to work in the studio with quarter inch jack that's very disappointing these headphones sound amazing so I would love to try to use them in the studio as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High learning curve, customizable JBL Pro Sound The durability has improved since the first JBL Everest Generation, but it's more comfortable and more forgiving to wear in long albums--even though on my unit the right earcup has minor issues. All controls are now on the right which may take some time to get used to but the controls are cosmetically adjusted to match the Everest premise. The headphone looks and feels a bit more luxurious than the previous generation. The central selling point is Harman's TruNote technology which customizes the sound signature as no ears the same, so the accuracy is contingent on your ear. The JBL MyHeadphones App's Equalizer takes a bit of time to get used to. The Harman Noise Cancellation Feature is an added plus, although it's only available with the Everest Elite 750NC. On my wish list is Harman's Clari-Fi technology, yet to be deployed on these luxury headphones. Also it would be nice if the Harman LiveStage DSP would be deployed as well. If handled right and mastered, these headphones could be the only pair you might need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of details and hard work by JBL on these! I have spent some years limiting the amount of headphone use I went through and now that I have these, I am a major fan of headphones. Previously, I felt that I would get fatigue in my ears after prolonged headphone use, not with these. The act of listening to music with these is so enjoyable. First of all, upon initial pairing with my iPhone, I get prompted to download the JBL headphone app, which takes a mere moment and is super worth it. In the upper screen of my phone where I view my phone's battery life, I also monitor my headphone's battery life. After initial pairing, simply power up the headphones and the pairing is immediate. App also lets you control just how noise cancelling you like the headphones by adjusting outside ambient sounds up or down: nice feature. To really do this review justice, I could tell you how beautiful and rich the sound is, but you already expect that I assume...and you are correct. I hear nuances in songs for the first time when listening in these. That said, I wanted to explain many of the well thought out details present in these cans. No squinting to find the R for right and L for left on these, there are large letters nested away out of sight while wearing, but on the foam/mesh of the speaker covers inside....easy to quickly assess and put on. Also, I wore these for six hours straight to see if they would press into my ears or head over time and hurt, nope, comfy cozy all the way. Next up, I put my iPhone down on one side of my house and walked away from it to the other side of the house to test the distance it can stay paired...not until I closed my third door in my house between me and my headphones and my iPhone did I begin to notice a slight...slight connection trouble. Best Bluetooth experience I have had yet, on that one. The phones pack down nicely into their sturdy and attractive case along with all needed accessories, such as USB charging cable and audio cable (should you be forced to connect that way). Controls on bottom of each over-the-ear-piece are intuitive and easy to use. Overall, I am even swayed from my vintage aesthetic taste. I would have normally sought out headphones that looked vintage and then searched for the top sound quality in those choices, but here I am changing my habits and grateful that I did because not only do I feel I have the best features, but the design ended up winning me over (and I am a picky consumer when it comes to that.). I would like to offer up some cons or issues that I had to give a well rounded outlook on these, but I can't because after three or four weeks, I have not had one complaint. Do yourself a favor and find out what I am talking about. These are going to be with me for a long time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Sound Quality I purchased the JBL 750nc headphones for two main purposes. Going to the gym and traveling. I normally use earbuds. but got so tired of that bud jammed into my ear all the time, especially if you wanted to cancel outside noise. These headphones come with a very durable hard case and have easy to use controls lining the right ear. From volume control to tack changing and phone call controls with built in mic. So I've been using the headphones for a little over two weeks and I have to say they've worked flawlessly. With them on and turned up at the gym, there's no more hearing the people next to you grunting like they're giving birth. They're so good that you can't even hear the clanking of your own weights let alone someone else's. And with the ambient awareness setting, you can set it to allow in only noises that are directly around you or almost any noise you would normally hear. For me it's set to shut everything out which it does perfectly. As I'm writing this review I'm sitting on an airplane coming back from Vegas and two rows up from me is a screaming child. The only way I know this is by the fingernails my wife is digging into my leg. I know she's wishing she had a set of these headphones now. As for sound quality it is spot on. I'm a big Mumford and Sons fan and there's several instruments this band uses, which you can easily pick out each one. The bass is deep and the trebles are high. One great feature these headphones come with is the JBL App. A must get App if you use these headphones to allow you to customize the sound. It has a built in EQ with pre settings but my favorite feature is the customizable EQ. I like a heavy bass and high highs with my mids right in the middle. Not a problem here. Along with the EQ the App gives you 4 different levels of ambient noise setting from off to low medium or high. Cool feature but again I have it set to off cause I don't want anything interrupting my music except my wife and she knows to tap my shoulder if she needs me. So for the down side. I really only have 2 issues with these headphones. They're not all that stylish. The color is vey flat and kind if boring, and they're a little bulky looking. They're super light and very comfortable to wear and are so soft around the ears it's like you're not even wearing them. But unfortunately they do look bulky. The second issue I have with the headphones, which may not even be JBLs fault, but they aren't loud enough for me. I love loud music, ear bleeding loud music. They have the same volume level as both my wired and wireless earbuds. I was hoping to reach a higher volume level with these but unfortunately not. Again it might not even be JBLs fault as there could be a health regulation limiting volume level or it could be my Apple devices limiting the volume. Overall I really like these wireless headphones and think it was a great investment. I use them virtually all the time, and the earbuds have been put away, possibly for good. As of right now I don't see a need for them to ever come back out again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really like these headphones. After a week of use I may have a new favorite pair of JBL headphones. I currently own J55, and J88, but these 750nc are tops. The features are all convenient and easy to get use to.

I have tried repeatedly to pair the 750NC to a Samsung smart phone model Galaxy S8+. It does not pair with it. The phone is in blue tooth mode and it does not identify that the 750NC exists in Bluetooth mode with blue LED flashing.

I am looking for a headset to use with both phone and PC. Can I connect the headset to the PC with the USB? Because the bluetooth will probably have a big lag if I use them for gaming.

Asked by: Delta9
EVEREST ELITE 750NC can only be connected to a source via Bluetooth or Aux. The USB port is only meant for charging the headphone. Most of the Bluetooth headphones are not specifically designed for gaming but if wired connection is alright for you, you can use the detachable Aux cable that comes with the EVEREST ELITE 750NC to connect to your PC.

why does windows says usb tool cannot run please contact manufacterer? what is usb tool for?

Asked by: dready
EVEREST ELITE 750NC should work with your computer. You'll just need to find a Bluetooth driver that supports A2DP Audio codec. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. If you don't see the Bluetooth section on Devices, chances are that there are issues with Bluetooth driver. Make sure to go to Device Manager to verify the driver is present and installed correctly. If everything looks alright, but you don't see the option, you may want to download and reinstall the latest Bluetooth driver from your computer's manufacturer support website or contact OEM directly for further support.

The EVEREST ELITE 750NC utilizes a 2.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable for a wired connection.

Would it be okay to workout with these headphones on?

Asked by: FrequentFlyer
The JBL Everest Elite 750NC is not designed as an athletic headphone. It is not water nor sweat proof so overexposure to both can cause significant damage to the headphones. For information about our Athletic headphones, please visit the link below, thank you! http://www.jbl.com/sport-headphones/

I believe I'm having a similar problem to another person in this section. After the 1.9 firmware update, my headphones will randomly restart for some reason and have to be reconnected to my phone. I'm using a Galaxy S8+

The most significant difference between the Everest Elite 700 and the 750NC is the complete ergonomic redesign for long lasting comfort. The 750NC also feature the new fold-flat design and the hard carrying case vs the soft pouch. It also includes the travel adaptor and premium finishes and colors.
