JBL® Everest™ Elite 100 is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best headphones I've ever owned My family has gone through so many headphones that I've lost count. It seemed like my teen son needed a new pair every few months. The JBL Everest Elite 100 headphones have outlasted all of them. Yeah, they are a little pricey, but I think back on how much I've spent on less expensive brands and how long they lasted. These are well worth the few extra dollars and then some.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great product! I highly recommend! :-) I received this as a late Christmas gift, about two months ago and I absolutely love it! I've had JBL speakers as stock speakers in my past vehicles, therefore I knew that I would throughly enjoy anything that I purchased from JBL.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has it all This product has everything I needed in a set of earphones. Bluetooth, noise cancelling & works with phone. When 1st trying them a bit disappointed with the sound & attributed that to the noise canceling technology. A previous set from Bose did a great job of noise cancelling but the sound wasn't that good even though Bose sound is normally pretty good. Downloading the JBL app. took care of that & with the control you get with the included equalizer the sound is great now. Another thing you must do is take the time to see which set of buds works best for your ear. A proper fit contributes to a better sound as well & facilitates the noise cancelling attributes. They're comfortable also. The one criticism I would have is they're not very powerful regarding volume. Sometimes I like to rock & these don't get up there. Perhaps with the noise cancelling aspect they might be loud enough, we'll see. All together a fine product. Clicked average on durability only because I just got these & don't know yet.

how can i pair my macbook pro to my jbl everest elite 100? it works with my cellphone (samsung) but not in my apple macbook pro.

Asked by: Wilfredo
My apologies. This how to pair your EVEREST ELITE 100 with your Mac. Press and hold the power button located on the neck band for 3-5 seconds or until you hear the audible voice stating, "powering on.......JBL Everest is ready to pair. Go to the pairing menu on your device" While it is in pairing mode you should see the LED light on the neckband alternate between white and red. Your MacBook Pro should recognize the EVEREST ELITE 100 within a few seconds. Once connected, you should see a flashing LED white light on the neckband.

Can I use this to workout? Are these sweat resistant?

Asked by: lololowpez
Unfortunately, the Everest 100 headphones are not sweat proof and over exposure to sweat and water can compromise the controls and/or sound. We recommend checking out our new JBL Under Armour or the Reflect Series headphones for sport and sweat proof options, thank you!

I have the Everest Elite 100. I am charging it for the first time. How do I know if the device is fully charged? The red led seen on the headset does turn on when I plug in the USB cable but it will turn off after only a few minutes of charging.

Asked by: sturonis
There is a constant red light in the LED while charging takes place. When charging is complete, the light goes dark.

which setting has the most active noise suppression: High, low, or off?

Asked by: Tomj
If you do not want any ambient aware and have all outside noise suppressed, it needs to be OFF. When Ambient Aware is on High, it amplifies all outside noises.

My headphones only work for about 1 hours of music or an hour of calls. I have had them for about 30 days. The app and software says that it's up to date. What should I do?

I am having problems with the microphone on my JBL Everest elite 100 headphones. When I get a phone call the person I am talking to cannot hear me. It use to work but stopped. Is there a setting I am not finding?

Asked by: G Leighter
It sounds like your phone’s current Bluetooth settings is set to Audio option only. To enable the microphone function, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the REFLECT MINI BT settings. Tap on the Headset option, leaving both Audio and Headset options with a check mark. If this doesn't help, please submit a case request at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.
