Absolutely cannot get them to fit to my ears, can't wear them, and any product you're putting on your ear that needs a YouTube video to teach you how to use them are doomed to failure. Absolutely the worst product, how can something so simple be so complicated.

Are they Bluetooth

No. The FOCUS 100 does not have Bluetooth capability. I would recommend the FOCUS 500 if you are looking for Bluetooth-enabled headphones.

The contouring part of my headphones detached themselves from the the headphones since the first day. I've already lost one because of that. Is it possible to buy spare parts to replace it??

what buttons do what on the earphones. like where is the on off switch? mine are wireless.

I believe you are referring to the Focus 500 or Focus 700 as the Focus 100 only has a wired connection. Does it have a mic?

The Focus 100 does not feature a microphone. It is a standard plug and play headphone. If you are interested in headphones that feature a microphone, please check out our Yurbuds 300 and 500 series available on JBL.com, thank you!
