Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clear, crisp and warm sound I bought this about 3 months ago and have been very pleased with the results. It replaced my aging Yamaha 5.1 component system that I loved but the wife and kids found too much of a hassle. Since day 1 the TV volume has been off, we use the sound bar for everything and everyone is happy. For a 2.1 system I've been surprised how well it's replaced the old 5.1, in fact on some of my favourite movies the mid range on this JBL outstrips the old Yamaha hands down. Bluetooth streaming of music from the iPad or PC works perfectly and it has just enough grunt to do action movies justice. Important feature if your shopping around is the bass can be adjusted up and down whereas on some in the price range it can't.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product. I bought this about three weeks ago. We set it up this weekend, and love it. My son uses it as a home stereo with the bluetooth connectivity to his cell phone, and for his HDTV. It works great for both. The instruction sheet (for set-up) is not good; so set-up took us a while to figure out how to switch between bluetooth and TV. We figured it out, and are very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple set up, awesome sound We've been using the JBL Cinema SB350 for about two weeks now and are completely satisfied with our purchase. Installation and set up were very easy. We didn't even have to program our remote. Connect the HDMI and Optical cables, pair with the subwoofer, and we were done! The sound quality is great. The difference from the TV speakers is like the difference between standard definition and high definition video. While watching football there were times I thought someone was talking behind me. In my own living room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound ! I bought this soundbar to replace a complete surround system in my living room. Naturally, I still wanted the Big Bass sound. This soundbar delivers!! It has all the bass you'll need. Place the subwoofer in a corner if you want even more bass. Having the bass volume on the remote is a plus for fine-tuning depending on the music/movies you like. The highs and midranges are very clear also. The bluetooth feature works very well with my iPhone and iPad. Setup was easy. Very, very happy with this purchase. Again, great sound and did I mention, plenty of big bass......

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound! Really like the sound from this system. Also LOVE the Harman volume that keeps the commercials from blaring like they usually do. The fact that the system will "learn" the remote control from my TV was an unexpected surprise (I hadn't paid attention to that detail when searching for the system), so I didn't add yet another remote to my TV/audio group. I am very happy with the purchase

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After deciding our BOSE Solo TV sound system was not working for us, we decided to pick up one of these sound systems as there was a return policy. We were very impressed, I wouldn't say astonished, but we will be keeping this for a very long time. I use it frequently for a stereo system for EDM music, in which bass response is very important, zero bass delay with the Bluetooth subwoofer.

Should Harman volume be louder or softer when on? How can I hear if stereo is on and what is virtual sound?

Asked by: Buddy1
The Harman Volume button does not make the sound louder but it helps you keep your sound levels consistent and reduces extreme volume transitions. These types of transitions are typically experienced with television commercial interruption or movie transitions between quiet dialogue and loud sound effects. Virtual sound is an audio system that creates the perception of surround sound when only two speakers are playing. You can determine that it’s in stereo mode when only the front left and right speakers will play.

When switched ON there is no power in the unit, but supply cord is ok

Asked by: Ratnakar
If the soundbar power supply’s AC cord is plugged into a working AC outlet and that the power supply is plugged into the soundbar, the SB350 must be behaving erratically if it does not turn on. I noticed you are in India. Please e-mail support.apac@harman.com and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I bought this system a month ago and it worked for about 2 weeks then nothing. They don't pair and there's no sound. Ive gone through the reset suggestion I've seen from others having the same problem. What else can I do?

Asked by: Krystal
If you cannot pair the soundbar center speaker with the subwoofer, please ensure that both blue LEDs must flash quickly, one on the center speaker, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place. If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the pairing button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle. Try again with a short, firm press less then a second. If this doesn't help, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/contactus and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

Can i add an additional speaker connected via bluetooth similar to the sub?

Asked by: Benny27
Unfortunately, the soundbar is already a pseudo surround sound unit, meaning that it can only receive audio signals from sources and would not be able to transmit audio signals out to speakers. The bluetooth link from the soundbar to the sub is pre-programmed to the system which means that no other speakers can be paired via the sub woofer pairing feature of the soundbar and only the sub woofer can be paired to the soundbar.

Hello! i was wondering if you could connect or pair wireless speakers to the JBL 350? I was looking at the Harmon Kadon Omni 10/20's and there's a vague comment in the reviews that say they can be linked to the existing soundbar.

Asked by: RobinC
The SB350, and all of our soundbars, are stand-alone systems. You cannot add any additional speakers to this speaker.

When I turn off the TV, the power on the speakers turns off also. Great! Except, the power on the speakers turns on by itself 60 seconds later. Why?

Asked by: TK58
In most ARC products, the Soundbar and TV essentially act as one device when both are connected via an ARC HDMI port. Moreover, the CINEMA SB350 has an auto turn-on feature. It has a signal detector that automatically turns the unit ON when it senses an audio signal on the HDMI input or paired Bluetooth source. You mention that it turns on and I would assume that the light just turns back on. If this is the case, It’s probably picking up some interference/noise from another audio input. If you have anything connected to any other input, i would recommend to unplug those other inputs . This will likely solve the issue.
