I am using this nice product for about 1 month with pleasure. However, now I am not able to charge the set any longer. Red light is popping up for about half a minute, but the unit is not charging. I tried several several ways without result. Please help.
1) I have it about 48 hours, one outdoor run, now it does not respond to touch. 2) It turns off after sometime without using it, I did not see anywhere in the spec that it turns of automatically, I want it to be on standby as long as I need it
Hi, I am on my 2nd pair of these headphones. The first pair died after a week of use, the 2nd pair is only 4 weeks in and has also died (1 hour a day average). Have tried charging, and this does not work. Would like some assistance.
How do you turn it off? Constantly pushing the power button and the LED never stops.
My earphones are showing low volume level since few week ago. They were working ok but now the volume level on calls and music is very low.
I cannot use it with a hat because sensors reflect to any touch, locking headphones also does not solve the issue because hat unlocks it. Considering that I have apple watch and do not really need sensor functionality, how can I get rid of sensors at all?
My connection with iPhone 7 is no longer available meanwhile with my iPhone 6 is OK. Can you help me with this?
