JBL Cinema 610 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from True to its sound I have been looking for a system that will give me the same quality of the movie theater. This system is it. I love everything about this system. Easy steps up. I would definitely recommend this system to all of my friends

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I love it, I tried many speakers before, like Energy home theater and Bookshelf. Finally I got the right product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product. Good experience. The speakers look great and sound better. Shipping was fast and set up easy. I am not an audio professional but these speakers work great for my needs. Sufficient base and the surround sound is awesome. Big sound in small speakers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound great but mounting bracket is lacking I have had this system for about a year now and they still sound fantastic. However if you are getting these because you want to mount the on a wall or ceiling, Don't. the mounting system is total garbage. Why they don't integrate industry standard bolt connections I don't understand. If you plan to wall or ceiling mount save yourself the hassle and buy something else.

What is the input power requirement for the Subwoofer of JBL Cinema 610, i.e. voltage level and frequency. Please, confirm if I can find any of your dealers on Amazon US Store to purchase the 220V, 50Hz Model.

Asked by: Oyjeff
The powered subwoofer for the CINEMA 610 has a voltage power rating of 110V @ 50hz. Unfortunately, we don't have other models that are rated 220V @ 50hz as the CINEMA 610 has a regional setting for North America. You would need a step up transformer for the Sub if you are looking to use it outside the North American region or any region which utilizes 220V power ratings.

What least inexpensive amplifier you can recommend for me? I may have 100 dollars left after I order your 610 system. Oh does this system also do THX?

Asked by: BigRonD
The CINEMA 610 speakers can handle up to 100 watts per channel, and is not THX certified. THX is basically a seal of approval. That said, any THX certified receiver with a power output of 100 watts per channel or less will work fine with these speakers. The least inexpensive I can recommend from our sister company, harman kardon, is the AVR1510S (non-THX certified).

Is it possible to pair with an av receiver for extra sound quality?

Asked by: Jairo
Pardon - but, Jairo might have meant "to pair" with avr, as in to "couple it", join or connect it - with wires.

Would it be possible to add a Bluetooth dongle so as to make it compatible with mobile devices ?

Asked by: Cupid
The speaker system needs to be connected to an amp or a receiver for them to work. If your receiver or amp is not Bluetooth compatible, you can connect the amp/receiver to any Bluetooth adapter for wireless application.

Does the JBL Cinema 610 requires an amplifier?

Asked by: Jakes
The CINEMA 610 is a passive speaker system with a powered subwoofer. It must be connected to an audio/video surround sound receiver in order to function.

Hi, Are these speakers with Harman Kardon AVR 1510S receiver good enough for my basement size of 16 feet by 16 feet

Asked by: RviB
These speakers can handle up to 100 watts per channel, and the AVR1510S puts out up to 75 watts per channel. So these speakers will handle the power of the receiver without any issue. However, it is impossible to say if this will be enough to your basement. This is very subjective. For example, my mom would hate this system because it would be too loud for her, while I would want more than this. Will it work well in this room? Certainly. Will it be enough for you, only you can answer that.
