Your high-definition, flat-panel TV displays video beautifully and flawlessly. But ask yourself this: How does it sound? Unfortunately, the speakers in these TVs are small, and don’t match up to their brilliant video. The JBL Cinema SB200 gives you superlative JBL sound that is heard in movie theaters throughout the world – without compromising space and style. It’s a soundbar that features dual 3-1/2-inch (89-millimeter) premium cone woofers, two 1-inch (25-millimeter) dome tweeters, a built-in, 120-watt amplifier and HARMAN Display Surround, which provide listeners with a 3D listening experience from only two channels. The system also plays digital tunes with integrated Bluetooth® technology; simply connect your iPhone, iPad, smartphone, tablet, MP3 player, laptop or personal computer, and start streaming. Designed to complement flat-panel TVs that are 32 inches (812 millimeters) and larger the JBL Cinema SB200 is ready to make your TV sound as good as it looks with outstanding bass and beautiful sound.

General

1. The ARC connection does not work.

Make sure you have an HDMI cable connected to the ARC output on the SB400 and to the ARC connection on the TV. Then, go into your TV settings and make sure you enable the ARC feature. Set the SB 400 to the HDMI TV source on the remote or unit.

2. I do not get audio using the optical connection.

Make sure the optical connection is seated securely on the SB 400 and on your device. Go into your device settings and make sure the optical output is enabled. On TV displays the option usually says “enable external speakers” or enable “digital audio output”.

3. Audio is out of sync with devices.

Check to see if it happens with all source devices (TV, BluRay, DVD, etc.). If it only happens with one device and not the other, the issue may be with that device. Make sure you do not have any HDMI adapters or splitters. These can cause issues with video and audio.

Your Cinema SB200 may currently be in-warranty.

Your model might be eligible for direct factory exchange under our warranty program. If so, and if you purchased your product online or from an authorized local retailer, you may use this form to request an exchange. Purchases made from an unauthorized dealer will not be eligible for exchange.

Products under warranty may qualify for an exchange with a valid receipt.
