Customers can track the delivery status of their orders
online simply by entering their tracking number here, or by speaking with a customer service
representative by phone at 1.800.336.4525 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST Monday through
Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST Saturday and Sunday.
- What payment methods can I use?
JBL accepts MasterCard, Visa®, American Express®
- When will I get my Item(s)?
Your order will typically be processed and shipped within
48 hours of confirmation, Monday through Friday. Your order confirmation will contain a
tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status. The shipping confirmation with the
tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided. The carrier requires one
business day from that time to validate the tracking information.
