Can I ship outside the US? Are there any other restrictions I should be aware of? Unfortunately JBL.com only ships within the 48 contiguous states. We also do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes. When can I expect my package to arrive? 1) If order contains Preorder/Backorder & in stock items, in stock items will ship first & Preorder/Backorder items will ship when available 2) All in stock 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders placed before 2pm EST usually ship within 1 business day (same day). 3) If your 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air order is placed after 2pm EST, your order will be shipped next business day (excluding holidays). 4) All in stock Ground Shipping orders will be shipped next business day (excluding holidays). 5) All in stock orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday.
How can I track my order? If you have a JBL.com account you can view your order's status under the "Order History" tab of your account page. If you do not have an account you track your order here. You will need your order number and billing ZIP code on hand.
