Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for an Extreme Fitness Lifestyle I don't just work out, I regularly go out on technical, rigorous and extended mountain bike rides lasting for hours at a time. I also do HIIT training in the interim to maintain cardio performance levels. That's in addition to upper and lower body weight training. So far, these have held up amazingly well under all of those conditions. The twist-lock mechanism allows for them to sit perfectly in my ear and maintain a seal while performing intensely jarring physical activities. One caveat I should mention is that I have large ear canals. That is, I can stick a Q-Tip in my ear and still have plenty of wiggle room without it actually touching my ear. I have always had to wear the large tips for ear buds from other brands. These do come with medium sized tips, so perhaps it is possible to make these work for smaller ear canals. The twist-lock does take some practice to get the seal. But, once I figured out the process, I could not have been happier with these. Sound quality is incredible. It's like being able to take a home theater with me out on the mountain bike trails. I have no technical issues like dropped signals or charging difficulties. I paid the clearance price on these, but I would've gladly paid the original retail.

Is there any way of delaying the "Battery Low" voice from every 90 secs to every 5 mins please? It's very distracting to be so often (PS : to perspective purchasers, it's only for the last 20 mins of play, so no huge deal. Would be good to alter if)

Yes. The UA headphones is set to Auto-Volt which means that you can use it either in 100V or 240V. To determine where the problem is, please try to use a different USB charging cable and plug it in at an alternate power source. I noticed that you are in Doha, Qatar. If the issue persists, please get in-touch with the store that you purchased the unit from and they’ll be glad to assist you, or at least guide you to the people who can.

is normal that sometimes the music stutters for 1 to 2 seconds?

Reception of Bluetooth can be heavily influenced by surrounding environment. If your product offers stable streaming performance when phone and Bluetooth source are in the same room, with no large objects blocking the line of sight, then your product is performing as specified. Please note that Bluetooth cannot pass through your body. So when used outside, it is recommended to wear or place your Bluetooth source on the front of your body to reduce the potential signal blockage from your body.

Do they have to be charged through a computer only or can they be charged using a wall plug adapter? Is it recommended/ok to let the battery fully run out before recharging? Thanks

The UA HEADPHONES WIRELESS can be charged by any USB port or adapter that is rated at 5V and .5A or higher amperage. It is better to charge lithium Ion batteries better with small, frequent charges rather than charging it from 0-100%.

How can you pair the headphones to multiple devices?

The UA HEADPHONES WIRELESS can be paired to multiple devices but can only have one active connection at a time. To pair with a new device, while the unit is turned on, simply press and hold the middle button for a few seconds until the LED flashes, this indicates that the unit is ready to be paired with a new device.

I just bought these 3 days ago. During the initial charge, the red led light came on and went off when they were fully charged. I used them a couple times and when i plugged them in to recharge, the red led light didn't come on. Is this a defect?
