Weeks ago I love it but I have the main concern on last time i plug it to charge I leave it charging until the light bars when of now yesterday I plugged it to charge and the light bar never when off I leave it charging for long time an the 4 lil light keep flashing I don't know if the light has to go of after is fully charged or when do I know is fully charged??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JBL Extreme I ad no idea this little thing would have the sound quality that is does. I would "highly" recommend this BT device. The bass is outstanding, mids and highs are extremely clear and it will take the volume without distortion. Really enjoying this purchase! The only recommendation would be to include in the instructions how to change the bass from high to low. Only found this information on a Youtube video. You pause the song, hold down the volume down and the Bluetooth button at the same time for 10 seconds. My unit had the full bass setting and when I did this it cut the bass by 50%. (for those who don't like a lot of bass sound)

when trying to pair and connect my xtreme to my windows 10 pc i get asked on my pc to enter a code to connect. what is this code please.

Hi Martin, Our products do not require a code to connect by Bluetooth. This issue is related to Windows. There are a few standard codes you can try, such as 0000 or 1234 - but if neither works, I can only refer you to Microsoft Support. I use my speaker to teach fitness classes. I want to integrate a microphone as my class has grown quite large. Can I use a wireless headset microphone with a plug in receiver with the speaker (such as the Pure Acoustics WMP-225)?

Our portable speakers do not support a third party device like a microphone over Bluetooth or wired connection. So no, any Bluetooth mic will not work with the XTREME.

When I go outside Bluetooth range and lose connection, will it automatically reconnect and continue playing when I come back into range? Especially in regards to connecting multiple speakers where one speaker is moved too far from the source.

Yes, as long as the speaker is connected to the source device it will reconnect and play the audio once it's in range for no longer than 10 minutes due to the power saving features.

Okay I managed to turn it on  I'm scared to turn it off well the power off button won't function What do I do if the reset buttons won't work it seems nothing is responding I can just play music

Hi my jbl Xtreme won't turn on anymore even when it's plugged in seems like the power button isn't working cause it wouldn't turn off when I pressed It what can I do to fix I tried to get my warranty but the salesperson wont reply so I can only fix myself

I am trying to update and the OK to start the upgrade is gray / grey and does nothing. The word CANCEL is blue and works.

Please reset the XTREME and retry to update it. To reset, in power ON mode press and hold the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds. Unit will power Off by itself. Now the unit is reset to factory default. if this doesn't help, please contact your local JBL Customer Support for further assistance, thank you!

My JBL Xtreme turns off when its fully charged sometimes, Is there Anything I can do?

It may be due to the XTREME's power saving feature wherein it will automatically go on standby mode if it does not receive any audio signal for approximately 10 minutes. I noticed that you are in Georgia. If you are still having issues, please contact the store where you purchased it from and they will be able to help.

My xtreme is 1 yr now and I use it for more than 8 hrs before it drains out. Now, it shuts down after 1 hour even if fully charged. when plugged in, it shows 3-4 bars of battery then shuts down again after 1 hr of use. what could be the problem pls help.
